Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute user acquisition strategies across paid social and search channels, with a strong focus on scalable growth.
• Manage and optimize campaigns throughout the full acquisition cycle — from launch and testing to scaling and performance improvement.
• Analyze campaign, funnel, and revenue data to identify growth opportunities and make data-driven decisions on budgets, targeting, creatives, and traffic sources.
• Work closely with media buyers, analytics, tracking, creative, and finance teams to ensure efficient campaign execution.
• Manage significant monthly advertising budgets and continuously optimize for ROAS, CAC, LTV, retention, and overall profitability.
• Develop and test new acquisition approaches, audiences, creatives, and campaign structures to drive sustainable growth.
• Monitor tracking and attribution, identify technical or performance issues, and coordinate their resolution with relevant teams.
• Build clear performance reports and communicate key insights, risks, and recommended actions to stakeholders.
• Contribute to scaling successful campaigns and entering new traffic sources, markets, and verticals.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of hands-on experience in User Acquisition, Media Buying, or Performance Marketing.
• Strong practical experience with paid social platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and NewsBreak.
• Proven track record of managing and scaling monthly advertising budgets of $100K+.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn performance data into actionable growth strategies.
• Good understanding of key acquisition and revenue metrics, including ROAS, CAC, LTV, retention, ARPU, and ARPPU.
• Hands-on knowledge of tracking and attribution technologies, including pixels, CAPI, UTMs, and server-to-server integrations.
• Experience with A/B testing, creative testing, audience segmentation, and high-volume campaign experimentation.
• Understanding of web funnels, user behavior, and revenue optimization.
• Experience working with direct advertisers, media buying teams, and cross-functional departments.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher.
• Experience in verticals such as eCommerce, dating, health & fitness, social casino, entertainment, or finance lead generation is a plus.

POSITION OVERVIEW

Valhalla Vitality is seeking an organized, relationship-driven, AI-first Affiliate & Partnerships Manager to own the day-to-day execution of our growing affiliate and creator partnerships program.

This role is responsible for managing affiliate communications, onboarding new partners, coordinating content submissions, tracking performance, and ensuring payouts are completed accurately and on time. Working closely with the Commercial Growth Leader, you will serve as the operational owner of the affiliate program, allowing leadership to focus on strategy while you ensure the program scales efficiently.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to help grow a performance-driven marketing channel.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Affiliate & Partner Management

• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for affiliate partners and creators.
• Respond to affiliate inquiries within 24 hours.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with affiliates, influencers, and agency partners.
• Conduct regular follow-ups to keep partners engaged and active.

Affiliate Onboarding

• Coordinate new affiliate onboarding from agreement through activation.
• Manage contract collection and onboarding documentation.
• Set up and validate UTM tracking links.
• Ensure every new affiliate is fully onboarded within 24 hours of signing.

Creator Recruitment

• Identify and recruit micro- and nano-influencers aligned with the Valhalla Vitality brand.
• Conduct daily outreach to prospective affiliates and creators.
• Maintain an active pipeline of qualified creators using CRM and tracking tools.
• Develop relationships with influencer agencies and partnership networks.

Content Coordination

• Track all affiliate content submissions.
• Route content for internal review and approval.
• Identify potential compliance concerns before content is published.
• Ensure content deadlines are met each month.

Reporting & Analytics

• Maintain the affiliate tracking database.
• Produce monthly performance reports, including:
• Affiliate performance
• New customer acquisition
• Revenue generated
• Conversion metrics
• Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
• Monitor affiliate activity and identify opportunities for optimization.

Financial Coordination

• Coordinate monthly affiliate payouts.
• Review invoices for completeness and accuracy.
• Work with internal stakeholders to ensure timely payment processing.

Process & Automation

• Maintain accurate records in HubSpot and Google Sheets.
• Support ownership of affiliate automation systems as they are implemented.
• Recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and scalability.

DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Respond to affiliate communications within one business day.
• Update affiliate trackers with submissions, conversions, and campaign activity.
• Follow up on outstanding contracts, onboarding tasks, and invoices.
• Prospect and contact new affiliate creators daily.
• Sign approximately 10–20 new creators per month.
• Log all outreach and partner activity in HubSpot.
• Monitor affiliate content submissions and approval status.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, partnership management, or creator relations.
• Experience managing multiple partnerships simultaneously.
• Experience coordinating campaigns from onboarding through reporting.

Technical Skills

• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Comfortable managing spreadsheets, reports, and operational workflows.
• Ability to analyze performance data and identify trends.

Software Experience

• HubSpot or a similar CRM.
• Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with influencer discovery platforms (such as Upfluence or similar) is preferred.

Preferred Background

• Health, wellness, beauty, telehealth, or healthcare marketing experience.
• Experience working with U.S.-based consumer brands.
• Experience managing influencer or affiliate programs focused on performance marketing.

AI EXPECTATIONS

Valhalla Vitality is an AI-first company. Daily use of AI is an expectation, not an optional productivity tool.

The successful candidate should already be using tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms to:

• Draft outreach and follow-up communications.
• Create content briefs.
• Summarize affiliate performance.
• Generate reports.
• Improve workflow efficiency.
• Automate repetitive administrative tasks.

We expect AI to help team members accomplish the work of two people through greater speed, accuracy, and operational efficiency.

SUCCESS METRICS

First 30 Days

• Existing affiliate database reviewed and fully updated.
• All current affiliates contacted and aligned on program terms.
• Affiliate onboarding process documented and operating smoothly.
• Initial outreach campaign of approximately 20 new creator prospects per day launched.

First 60 Days

• Minimum of 20 new affiliates signed and fully onboarded.
• Content review and approval process operating independently.
• Monthly payout process completed without leadership involvement.
• Outreach pipeline contains 50+ qualified creator profiles.

First 90 Days

• Affiliate program operating independently with minimal oversight.
• Monthly affiliate performance report delivered consistently.
• Active affiliate base continues to grow.
• Affiliate channel maintains a Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) of $150 or less.
• Commercial Growth Leader is no longer responsible for daily operational management of the affiliate program.

COMPENSATION

• Independent Contractor (Full-Time)
• Ukraine-based preferred
• Compensation: USD $1,000–$2,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
• Target Start Date: As soon as possible.

We're a growing e-commerce brand selling across 7 European markets (NL, DE, FR, ES, IT, UK, SE) on Shopify Plus. We want one person to own our entire email channel: strategy, design, and build. You're an owner, not a campaign-pusher.

-Build everything in Klaviyo across all 7 markets
-Deliverability: inbox placement, list hygiene, sender reputation
-Directing multilingual copy (via freelancers / AI, you own structure and quality)
