About the Role

Що потрібно робити:

• Просувати ASO-додатки у вертикалі Gambling для Google Play та iOS;
• Працювати над оптимізацією сторінок додатків та факторами, які впливають на органічне просування;
• Формувати ТЗ для розробки додатків з урахуванням ASO;
• Регулярно аналізувати ринок, конкурентів і тренди;
• Генерувати та тестувати нові гіпотези, підходи та зв'язки;
• Проводити тестування брендів та різних ASO-підходів;
• Вести базу знань і базу проведених тестів;

Обов’язки

• Залучення нових афіліатів і медіабаїнг-команд
• Ведення та розвиток існуючих партнерів: підтримка, консультації, апсейл офферів
• Переговори щодо ставок, моделей CPA / CPL, бонусів і спецумов
• Контроль якості трафіку: CR, Retention, Fraud-аналіз
• Оптимізація результатів партнерів, підбір найефективніших офферів
• Регулярна комунікація з партнерами (Telegram / Skype / Email)
• Ведення звітності в CRM та Google Sheets
• Проведення A/B тестів, аналіз джерел трафіку та конверсій
• Моніторинг конкурентів і трендів ринку

Вимоги

• Досвід роботи Affiliate Manager у CPA Dating — від 1 року
• Розуміння моделей CPA, CPL
• Знання ключових метрик: Click2Reg, Reg2Dep, CR, ROI, LTV, eCPA
• Впевнена комунікація з афіліатами (Telegram / Skype)
• Навички переговорів і вміння закривати угоди
• Базові аналітичні навички (Google Sheets, трекінгові платформи)
• Англійська — B1 або вище
