Project Description:

This is a strategic data engineering engagement with our client to architect and plan the migration of their entire data processing and ETL estate from Matillion to AWS Glue — a foundational shift in how one of the world's largest financial market infrastructure companies handles its data pipelines.
During this Mobilisation Phase, you'll work jointly with engineering teams to reverse-engineer the existing landscape, design the target-state architecture across every layer (infrastructure, data processing, workflows, dependencies, and operating model), and build the detailed delivery blueprint that will greenlight the full-scale migration.
The work is technically rich and highly collaborative: you'll review and validate job inventories spanning hundreds of ETL workflows, define reusable migration patterns and templates, design a validation and reconciliation framework, run a proof-of-concept to stress-test the approach, and navigate rigorous internal governance — from Architectural Significance Assessments through Architectural Review Boards to a formal Gate 1 decision.

Responsibilities:

-Target-state architecture design — define and own the target-state AWS architecture across compute, data, and orchestration layers
-HLD/LLD ownership — produce and own High-Level Design and Low-Level Design documentation for migration workloads
-ARB submissions — prepare and present architecture proposals to the Architecture Review Board for approval
-Technical decisions — make and document key technical decisions across the migration program, balancing trade-offs (cost, performance, scalability)
Pattern definition — define reusable architecture and migration patterns for use across teams/pods
-Agentic AI framework architecture — design the architecture for the Agentic AI migration framework, including its integration with the broader technical landscape

Mandatory Skills Description:

- 5+ years experience
- hands-on experince with AWS Migration
- AWS Glue, Step Functions, Lambda, EventBridge — deep hands-on experience designing solutions using these core AWS services
- IaC (Terraform) — strong experience defining and managing infrastructure as code with Terraform
- Data platform architecture — proven experience architecting data platforms (data lakes, warehouses, pipelines) at scale
- PySpark — hands-on experience with PySpark for large-scale data processing

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Technical Lead to serve as the regional delivery anchor for a follow-the-sun DevSecOps program, leading a cross-functional pod across ASPM integrations and AI-enabled SDLC secure code scanning. We are looking for a highly capable AI-First Golang Team Lead Engineer to join a project where they'll build an AI tourism platform. This is not a traditional coding role. We don’t need coders; we need engineers who build features end-to-end using AI coding tools (Claude Code preferably!).

- CRITICAL: 2-3+ years of technical leadership experience leading a team, squad, pod, or similar unit (a hard must). Demonstrable experience of leading delivery within a team: coordinating, breaking work down, representing the team in planning and stakeholder conversations, facilitating outcomes.

About Equals 5

Equals 5 is a marketing data platform for pharma. Our clients are pharmaceutical brands and the people we reach are verified healthcare professionals. 

The core product is a Laravel + Vue.js application on GCP, sitting on top of PostgreSQL and ClickHouse.

The role

You own the platform. Our product lead decides what we build and why. You decide how it is built, then build it and ship it. There is no engineering manager in between and no architecture committee to convince. You set the technical direction, you choose the tools, and you are accountable for what runs in production.

This is a hands-on engineering role, not a management one. Your leverage comes from AI coding agents and small team developers and QA.

What you will do

• Own the Equals 5 web platform end to end: Laravel API, Vue 3 SPA, PostgreSQL schema, deploys
• Take features from the first product conversation through to release: data model, API, UI, tests, rollout
• Work directly with the product lead on weekly priorities, with no ticket relay in between
• Query and shape campaign data across PostgreSQL, BigQuery and ClickHouse, and keep dashboards fast on hundreds of millions of rows

• Own reliability and security: monitoring, alerting, incident response, careful handling of healthcare-professional data

   

   

How we work with AI

AI-assisted development is how we ship, not something we are piloting. Picture yourself running a small team of coding agents (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot): you hand off the mechanical work and keep your attention on architecture, data correctness and security.

That only works if you can tell when the agent is wrong. We want someone who reads generated code critically and throws it out when it deserves throwing out. Whatever ships, you are still the engineer on the hook for it.

Must have

• 5+ years full-stack, with deep Laravel (Eloquent, queues, events, service providers, testing) and Vue 3 (Composition API, Pinia, Vue Router) or similiar.
• Real SQL ability plus hands-on work with an analytical store: BigQuery, ClickHouse, Snowflake or similar
• PostgreSQL beyond CRUD: indexing, query plans, migrations against live tables

We are looking for a visionary and hands-on Senior Backend Developer / Tech Lead to drive the technical evolution of our high-performance microservices ecosystem at Dataforest. Про проєкт

Ми будуємо власну ESP-платформу з нуля — не просто працюємо через сторонній сервіс, а створюємо власну email-інфраструктуру.

На старті -  від 10–15 млн листів на місяць із подальшим масштабуванням. Платформа працюватиме з кількома потоками: transactional, lifecycle та promotional.

Що потрібно робити

• Формувати стратегію email deliverability та IP/domain reputation.

We are looking for an Integration Team Lead to own our ad-platform integrations: the architecture, a team of 2–4 engineers, and the roadmap. Fully remote (EU timezones), reporting directly to the CTO.

What you'll do

• Own the architecture and evolution of all platform integrations: Meta Marketing API, LinkedIn Marketing API, Programmatic channels (DV360, The Trade Desk)
• Lead a team of 2–4 engineers: code reviews, sprint planning, mentorship
• Design and maintain data pipelines from ad platform APIs to BigQuery/ClickHouse via Cloud Run Jobs
• Ensure data sync reliability: monitoring, alerting, error handling, retry strategies
• Work with API rate limits, OAuth flows, and webhooks across advertising platforms
• Drive new integration projects from API evaluation to production rollout
• Prioritize the integration roadmap together with the product team
