About the Role

This is not a traditional Tech Lead role focused on a single long-term project.

We’re looking for a Tech Lead —someone who can quickly join different client projects, establish engineering standards, lead development teams, and independently own technical decisions from day one.

Depending on business needs, you’ll either:

• lead a larger cross-functional engineering team on a strategic project;

• Реалізація бізнес-логіки відповідно до функціональних, нефункціональних та безпекових вимог.
• Проєктування та реалізація REST/gRPC API та інтеграцій із суміжними компонентами і зовнішніми системами.
• Реалізація статусних моделей, транзакційних процесів, обробки подій та асинхронної взаємодії.
• Робота з реляційними базами даних, проєктування схем, оптимізація запитів і забезпечення цілісності даних.
• Реалізація механізмів автентифікації, авторизації, контролю доступу та захисту API.
• Реалізація журналювання критичних дій користувачів, системних подій та audit trail.
• Робота з message brokers та event-driven компонентами системи.
• Забезпечення коректної роботи backend-компонентів в умовах конкурентного доступу та повторного виконання запитів.
• Написання unit та integration tests.
• Участь у технічному проєктуванні, декомпозиції та оцінці задач.
• Проведення code review та допомога менш досвідченим розробникам.
• Взаємодія з Solution Architect, бізнес-аналітиками, QA, DevOps, Cybersecurity та іншими командами розробки.
• Участь в архітектурних і технічних review у межах своєї зони відповідальності.
• Аналіз і усунення production-дефектів та складних технічних проблем.
• Усунення зауважень за результатами тестування, security review, ЦПБ/ІБ-перевірок та приймання.
• Підготовка та актуалізація технічної документації щодо реалізованих компонентів, API та інтеграцій.
• Участь у підтримці та стабілізації системи після розгортання.

Вимоги:

• Досвід комерційної розробки на Java від 5 років.
• Глибоке знання Java та практичний досвід роботи зі Spring Framework / Spring Boot.
• Досвід проєктування та розробки backend-сервісів, REST API та інтеграцій між інформаційними системами.
• Досвід роботи з модульною або мікросервісною архітектурою.
• Впевнене розуміння принципів роботи реляційних баз даних: схеми даних, транзакції, індекси, блокування, оптимізація запитів.
• Досвід роботи з PostgreSQL, MS SQL Server або іншими enterprise RDBMS.
• Практичний досвід із Kafka, RabbitMQ або іншими message brokers.
• Досвід роботи з Docker, Git, CI/CD та Linux-середовищем.
• Розуміння принципів безпечної backend-розробки: автентифікація, авторизація, контроль доступу, захист API, робота з чутливими даними.
• Практичний досвід із JWT, OAuth2 / OpenID Connect та рольовими моделями доступу.
• Розуміння OWASP Top 10 та основних практик secure development.
• Досвід реалізації журналювання критичних дій користувачів та audit trail.
• Розуміння принципів транзакційності, idempotency, конкурентного доступу та забезпечення цілісності даних.
• Уміння писати підтримуваний, документований і тестований код.
• Досвід unit та integration testing.

• Здатність самостійно вести складний backend-модуль від аналізу вимог до production.

Requirements:

• BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5-6+ years of full-stack development
• 5-6+ years of experience in the following technologies: Java, Spring
