As our products continue to grow, we're looking for a Junior+ Backend Developer who is passionate about backend development, enjoys solving complex technical problems, and wants to build reliable, scalable software used by players worldwide.

What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain backend services and APIs for our gaming platforms.
• Work with Go or Python to build scalable and reliable backend solutions.
• Design, implement, and integrate REST APIs and internal services.
• Work with databases and write efficient SQL queries.
• Investigate and troubleshoot bugs, performance issues, and production incidents.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices.
• Collaborate closely with QA Engineers, Product Managers, and other Developers throughout the development lifecycle.
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and technical discussions.
• Contribute to improving system performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Work with cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines.
• Learn and apply modern technologies related to gaming, Web3, blockchain, and AI.

Requirements

• 1+ years of commercial backend development experience.
• Professional experience with either Python or Go.
• Good understanding of backend development principles and software architecture basics.
• Experience building or integrating REST APIs.
• Basic to intermediate SQL knowledge.
• Understanding of relational databases.
• Familiarity with Git and standard development workflows.
• Understanding of HTTP, JSON, and client-server architecture.
• Ability to read and understand existing code and independently investigate issues.
• Basic understanding of testing principles and writing unit tests.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and ownership mindset.
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher.

Go Developer (Middle)

Salary range: $500 – $1500

Location: Ukraine (Remote)

Experience: 1+ year

A small, high-performing team is looking for a Middle Go Developer to support an experienced Senior Developer. Our project is growing, and the workload is increasing, so we are seeking a reliable specialist ready to dive into backend service development, write clean code, and grow alongside the team.

What you will be doing:

• Developing and supporting microservices in Go
• Designing and optimizing REST APIs / gRPC
• Participating in architectural discussions with the Senior Engineer and developing standalone modules
• Writing unit and integration tests
• Optimizing database performance and participating in Code Reviews

Our expectations (Must-have):

• 1–2 years of commercial software development experience with Go
• Solid understanding of Concurrency (goroutines, channels, context)
• Experience with PostgreSQL / MySQL (writing and optimizing SQL queries)
• Good grasp of REST API and gRPC / Protocol Buffers
• Experience with Docker and Git
• Basic knowledge of NoSQL (Redis / Memcached)
• Ability to use AI tools for code assistance and AI agents for automating routine tasks to boost personal productivity

Nice to have:

• Experience with message brokers (RabbitMQ / Kafka / NATS)
• Understanding the basics of Kubernetes and CI/CD
