About the Project 

We are building an AI-native administrative and compliance platform designed to transform complex legal, operational, and documentation workflows into automated, intelligent systems. Instead of dealing with fragmented legal processes, heavy manual paperwork, and outdated administrative portals, our platform leverages modern cloud infrastructure and LLM capabilities to streamline compliance, document analysis, and decision-making for businesses.

We are moving fast with a small, high-velocity team, which means your code directly drives core functionality used in demanding legal-administrative environments.

Role Overview 

We are expanding our core team and looking for a solid Full Stack Engineer (Mid+ or Senior) to step in, own critical features, and help us maintain momentum as the platform scales. You will collaborate directly with our founding engineers, tackling backend services and cloud architecture while handling nuanced, domain-heavy business logic.

What You’ll Do

• Develop, test, and maintain end-to-end features across our Next.js frontend and NestJS backend.
• Design resilient asynchronous processing pipelines and job queues using Redis and BullMQ for background tasks and data ingestion.
• Model relational data, optimize queries, and manage migrations with PostgreSQL and Prisma.
• Deploy, configure, and scale services on AWS.
• Translate nuanced legal and compliance business rules into maintainable, rock-solid application logic.

Requirements

• 3+ years of commercial full-stack experience with strong proficiency in TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
• Hands-on production experience with NestJS and Prisma ORM.
• Practical knowledge of relational database design (PostgreSQL) and background job processing (Redis / BullMQ).
• Solid experience deploying and managing cloud services on AWS.
• Strong English proficiency (Upper-Intermediate to Advanced): Essential for understanding complex legal, compliance, and administrative domain terminology directly within the requirements and codebase.

Nice to Have

• Background in mobile development (React Native is a major plus).
• Experience integrating LLM APIs or building AI-assisted features.
• Active use of AI-native engineering tools (Cursor, Copilot) to accelerate development.

We are looking for a Middle Full-Stack Engineer to join our team on a full time, short-term engagement. The role involves working across two ongoing client projects, with approximately 16 days of work per month.

You’ll work on modern web applications across healthcare and AI, using React, Next.js, TypeScript, Supabase, and other modern technologies. This role is ideal for a self-sufficient engineer who is comfortable working across different projects, taking ownership of deliverables, and communicating directly with clients.

Projects:

Project 1 - Healthcare & Insurance Platform
 

• Approximately 14 days/month.
• A long-term project for a UK healthcare and insurance company, with an additional focus on a dental insurance product. The engagement has been ongoing since June 2024 and currently includes an ongoing redesign of the dental insurance platform.

Tech stack: Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, Vercel.

Project 2 - AI Healthcare Product
 

• Approximately 2 days/month.
• An AI-powered product focused on persona-driven conversation simulations for the healthcare industry. The project has been ongoing since May 2025 and involves building and maintaining an interactive web application.

Tech stack: React, TypeScript, Supabase, Tailwind CSS, Zustand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain modern web applications using React, Next.js, and TypeScript
• Build responsive and reusable UI components using Tailwind CSS
• Work across two concurrent client projects and manage priorities effectively
• Develop new features and functionality based on project requirements
• Work with Supabase and modern frontend state management solutions
• Deploy and maintain applications using Vercel
• Integrate and work with CMS platforms
• Ensure code quality, maintainability, performance, and a smooth user experience
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and deliverables
• Communicate directly with clients and independently clarify technical requirements
• Collaborate with the technical and product teams across both projects
   

Requirements:
 

• 3+ years of commercial full-stack development experience
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with React
• 3+ years of experience with TypeScript
• Solid commercial experience with Next.js
• 2+ years of experience with Tailwind CSS

Role Description

We're looking for a freelance full-stack developer with a strong backend focus. You'll ship new features, solve real problems, and help shape the technical foundations of a product that's growing.

Today, one the founder handles the product and works with one technical lead. You'd be the second person on the tech side, a structuring role with real impact and direct input on key decisions.

You'll have full ownership of your work, from idea to production. That means making technical decisions yourself, validating your own features, and shipping with confidence. You won't be alone, you'll work closely with the technical lead and get support on architecture and complex decisions. But you'll still own your deliverables.

You will:

• Ship product features end-to-end
• Debug and resolve production issues (performance bottlenecks, race conditions, data inconsistencies)
• Own our third-party integrations
• Own background jobs & webhooks reliability (Inngest, retries, idempotency)
• Optimize PostgreSQL & ClickHouse queries for high-volume data (billions of rows)

Team & Working Environment

You'll join a very small team with few formal processes and a product that's still early-stage. This means strong autonomy and individual responsibility. You'll own problems end-to-end, make technical trade-offs on your own, and validate your work before shipping.

Day-to-day, you'll be working on a product that's already in production, used by real clients. That means debugging real incidents, making technical trade-offs without detailed specs, and iterating fast: ship, observe, improve. We have two daily syncs, one in the morning to align, one at end of day to review progress

• Comfortable working across backend and the Next.js app layer

Our client is a global technology company developing an advanced cloud platform for AI-powered voice communication. Their product enables organizations to build, integrate, and deploy intelligent voice services by combining modern AI technologies, large language models, and enterprise-grade communication infrastructure. The engineering team focuses on creating scalable, cloud-native SaaS solutions that process real-time interactions while maintaining high performance, reliability, and security.

Your tasks:

• Design and develop new product features across both backend and frontend components.
• Build scalable backend services using modern .NET technologies.
• Develop responsive Single Page Applications using the latest React ecosystem.
• Design and integrate REST and GraphQL APIs.

• Solid hands-on experience with the latest versions of React, including Functional Components, Hooks, and modern state management.
• Experience building Single Page Applications (SPA).
• Strong knowledge of Entity Framework.
• Experience designing and developing microservices-based applications.
• Practical experience with REST APIs and GraphQL.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar).
• Good understanding of asynchronous programming, distributed systems, and cloud-native application development.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools (Claude, GitHub Copilot, or similar) as part of the software development workflow.
• Ability to explain architectural decisions, coding approaches, and engineering best practices independently, without relying solely on AI-generated code.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and ownership mindset.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
• Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher level of English.

• Experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with Azure and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
