We are looking for a Merchandise Designer

Requirements

• You’re proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
• You have strong experience in merchandise design and developing cohesive merchandise collections, from the initial concept to production-ready designs.
• You have experience working with garment patterns, product templates, size charts, print areas, and technical specifications.
• You have strong knowledge of prepress and production file preparation and understand the requirements for different merchandise production methods.
• You understand fabrics, materials, printing and branding techniques, finishing and customization methods, as well as their possibilities and technical limitations.
• You keep up with the latest fashion, streetwear, lifestyle, and merchandise trends and can translate relevant trends into brand-specific solutions.
• You confidently work with AI tools and use them to speed up creative processes, develop concepts, and create high-quality visualizations (ChatGPT, KREA, Magnific).
• You have a strong sense of composition, typography, color, and branding and can explain and justify your design decisions.
• You’re creative and proactive, able to propose new ideas, materials, products, and production solutions rather than only execute assigned tasks.
• You’re a team player, ready to collaborate with designers, project managers, contractors, and manufacturers to achieve the best result.
• You have a high level of self-organization and can manage multiple tasks and production stages while delivering high-quality work on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Creation, maintenance and development of design systems and brand books for RedCore and business units
• Merchandise and collection development. Сreation of visual concepts, graphics, prints, color schemes, and branding applications aligned with the brand identity, target audience, and project objectives.
• Merchandise production preparation. Working with garment patterns, product templates, size charts, and print areas; preparation of production-ready files, technical specifications, and high-quality prepress materials.
• Production technology expertise. Understanding of fabrics, materials, printing and branding techniques, finishing and customization methods, their possibilities and technical limitations; selection of optimal solutions for specific designs.
• Continuous research of trends and new solutions. Monitoring fashion, streetwear, lifestyle, and merchandise trends, as well as new materials, technologies, and production opportunities, and applying relevant solutions to projects.
• Development of a systematic approach to merchandise within the team. Creation and development of guidelines, templates, checklists, technical requirements, and reusable solutions for merchandise-related tasks.
• Creation of merchandise mockups and visualizations, including the use of AI-based image generation and retouching.
• Collaboration with the team and production partners. Cooperation with designers, Team Leads, Project Managers, contractors, and manufacturers throughout different stages of project implementation.
• Development of the team's merchandise expertise. Reviewing merchandise-related tasks, mentoring designers, and conducting workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions.

Coinask.ai — a B2C AI SaaS product at the intersection of AI, Crypto, and FinTech.

We're looking for a hands-on Senior Creative Designer who will own Coinask's visual quality and personally produce strong graphic and video content.

We don't need someone who just executes a brief — we need a strong designer with great visual taste and an understanding of how design drives business results. You'll create banners, static creatives, landing pages, social content, and video, quickly test different approaches, and improve them based on results.

About the Role

The core focus of this role is hands-on design production.

You'll work across a range of formats — from ad creatives and social content to Figma mockups, landing pages, and video. It's not just about making things "look nice" — it's about understanding composition, hierarchy, typography, visual storytelling, attention, and conversion.

You'll work closely with the Head of Marketing and Lead Brand & Community Manager, turning marketing and communication tasks into quality visual content.

Your Responsibilities

• Graphic Design: create static creatives, banners, social content, marketing materials, and other visual assets.
• Web & Landing Pages: create Figma mockups and the visual side of marketing landing pages.
• Video & Motion: edit short-form and performance creatives for Reels, TikTok, Shorts, and ad campaigns; work with footage, screen recordings, UGC, captions, graphics, basic motion elements, and format adaptations.
• Creative Development: independently develop visual concepts and propose solutions, rather than just executing ready-made briefs.
• Visual Consistency: maintain a cohesive and recognizable visual style for Coinask across channels and formats.
• Creative Performance: analyze the results of your creatives together with Marketing, understand which approaches work better, and apply those insights to future iterations.
• AI Workflow: use AI tools for research, ideation, generation, and production, speeding up the work without sacrificing quality.
  
   

What We Expect From You

• A strong portfolio with examples of graphic design, digital creatives, and video/motion work.
• Confident with Figma, Photoshop, and other professional design tools; hands-on experience editing and producing short-form video creatives.
• Strong visual taste and an understanding of what makes design high-quality, modern, and professional.
• Able to work fast and independently, adapting one design across different formats and tasks.
• Understand the basics of marketing design and performance creatives: hierarchy, hooks, readability, CTAs, attention, and visual storytelling.
• Willing to look at creative results, draw conclusions, and apply them to the next iteration.
• Able to independently find and propose visual solutions rather than waiting for a detailed brief.
• Experience with AI creative tools, used as part of the production workflow.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with lots of iteration.

Твої майбутні задачі:

• У партнерстві з продакт-менеджерами створювати ефективні дизайн-рішення для різних користувацьких флоу з фокусом на зони activation та retention
• Web funnels: дизайн, експерименти, ітерації під CR / CAC / payback
• Генерувати варіації дизайнів для A/B-тестів на основі досліджень і аналізу ринку з метою підвищення ключових метрик
• Вайбкодити новий функціонал на базі наявних репозиторіїв
• Працювати з retention-, monetization- та growth-задачами на основі метрик і гіпотез
• Проводити немодеровані юзабіліті-тестування та опитування в межах побудованого процесу
• Працювати з мультибрендовою дизайн-системою: підтримувати компоненти, токени, variants
   

Команда

Ти працюватимеш у тісній співпраці з продакт-менеджерами, аналітиками та розробниками у складі кросфункціональних команд. Також станеш частиною дизайн-департаменту, до якого зараз входять Product Design Lead, 3 Middle Product Designers та Graphic/Motion Designer.

Формат роботи

📍 Київ: Гібрид. Відвідування офісу 1 раз на 2 тижні.

• 2+ роки досвіду в продуктовому чи UI/UX-дизайні
