About the role:
We are looking for a Full-Stack AI Platform Engineer to join our team and help build, maintain, and scale AI-powered interactive products.
This is a hands-on role for an engineer who owns deployment, infrastructure, real-time systems, and AI-service integration end to end. You will work on production systems that combine web applications, real-time communication, Kubernetes-based backend services, and GPU-hosted AI pipelines.
The core of this role is production reliability and deployment ownership — keeping live systems stable, responding to incidents, and integrating AI models into scalable real-time infrastructure. Frontend work exists but is secondary: the team has a designer and uses AI-assisted tooling for UI iteration.

Responsibilities:
- Own deployment, environment management, and release workflows across Kubernetes-based, Railway-hosted, and other cloud infrastructure.
- Respond to production incidents, perform rollbacks, and restore service stability, including outside business hours.
- Deploy and operate AI inference services on GPU platforms such as Modal or RunPod and integrate them into real-time product flows.
- Build and maintain real-time communication and async processing flows, including LiveKit-based session infrastructure.

Senior Python Engineer (AI-driven Recommendation Platform, iGaming domain)

About the Product

We are developing an AI-powered performance optimization platform for online casinos and sportsbooks. The solution helps operators improve key business metrics by increasing player engagement and loyalty through personalized recommendations and predictive analytics.

The platform collects and processes player behavior data across multiple systems, builds detailed user profiles, and generates actionable insights, including:

• identifying players who misuse bonus programs without long-term retention
• detecting patterns of risky or excessive gaming to support responsible play
• recommending relevant games and activities based on user preferences and behavioral history

You will join a team building scalable recommendation systems, working with large volumes of data, and implementing ML-driven personalization to enhance user experience within iGaming products.

Requirements

• 5+ years of backend development experience with Python
• Strong foundation in mathematics, statistics, or computer science
• Hands-on experience with FastAPI, Django, or Flask
• Solid knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and distributed systems
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, Redis, DynamoDB, MongoDB, etc.)
• Practical experience with Kafka or RabbitMQ and asynchronous architectures

About the role

As a Python Team Lead, you will be responsible for the backend architecture that supports the mobile application. You will lead the development team, make critical architectural decisions, ensure high availability and performance of APIs used by mobile apps, and promote technical excellence throughout the project.

What you’ll be doing

• Lead and manage a cross-functional engineering team of  back-end, web, or mobile developers
• Own technical architecture decisions and drive the overall backend and API strategy
• Define development standards, code review processes, and testing practices across the team
• Coordinate work between backend and client engineers to ensure seamless API contracts and integration
• Hands-on contribution to critical backend services and infrastructure using Python (FastAPI/Django)
• Build and optimize scalable, service-oriented systems supporting real-time features
• Ensure platform security, GDPR compliance, and audit logging

What you’ll need

• 6+ years of professional software development experience, with strong Python backend expertise
• 2+ years of experience leading or managing engineering teams
• Proven experience building and shipping products that span web and mobile platforms
• Deep understanding of RESTful API design
• Strong experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL), data modeling, and query optimization
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or GCP), containerized deployments (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines

In this dynamic role, you'll work directly with our CTO to build and maintain integrations with third-party platforms and services, including HubSpot, Stripe, PayPal, Intercom, Fivetran, Metabase, Google Analytics, and a growing number of AI tools and applied AI projects.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, improve, and extend Qencode backend APIs (recent focus on FastAPI).
• Build and maintain integrations with platforms like HubSpot, Stripe, PayPal, Intercom, Fivetran, Metabase, and Google Analytics, as well as emerging AI tools and applied AI projects.
• Design reliable integration patterns: webhooks, OAuth flows, rate limiting, retries, and idempotency.
• MySQL schema design, indexing, query optimization, and data integrity.
• Own and evolve billing workflows: usage calculation, credits/quotas, invoicing logic, billing events, and correctness checks

Qualifications

• Strong backend engineering experience with Python.
• Hands-on experience with FastAPI (and comfort maintaining Flask services).
