Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Test Engineer who blends deep manual QA craft with strong automation engineering and a forward-looking command of AI-assisted testing. You will own quality of our web (SaaS) product end-to-end - shaping test strategy, building and maintaining automation frameworks in Java across UI and API layers (including GraphQL), and pushing the team's adoption of AI tooling to ship faster without sacrificing quality.

What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end test strategy: exploratory, functional, regression, integration, and cross-browser testing
• Build and maintain automated test suites using Selenium WebDriver and/or Playwright for Java; API automation with RestAssured against REST and GraphQL endpoints
• Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines keeping suites fast, reliable, and low-flakiness
• Use AI coding assistants (Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot) to accelerate test authoring and maintenance while upholding code-review standards
• Evaluate and adopt AI test-generation and self-healing tools where they deliver real ROI
• Test AI/LLM features: evals, prompt regression suites, hallucination and safety checks, and reliability metrics for non-deterministic outputs
• Investigate defects with rigor: clear repro steps, root-cause hypotheses, tight collaboration with developers
• Champion shift-left testing, risk-based prioritization, test data management, and observability for tests

Qualifications

Must-Have:

• 5+ years of QA experience with strong manual testing foundation: test design, exploratory testing, bug advocacy, sharp eye for edge cases and user impact
• Selenium WebDriver and/or Playwright for Java; Page Object / screenplay-style frameworks, stabilizing flaky suites
• RestAssured for API testing (contract, integration, negative-path); OpenAPI/Swagger fluency
• Hands-on GraphQL: queries, mutations, schema changes, partial responses, error shapes, reusable test utilities
• Strong Java (11+), Maven or Gradle, JUnit/TestNG, Git
• Command line comfort: bash/zsh and/or PowerShell for navigating environments, running tests, and writing automation glue
• Log-digging: grep/jq/awk, Kibana, Splunk, Datadog, CloudWatch — isolating root causes from messy traces
• Basic Docker and Kubernetes: running containers locally, exec-ing into pods, kubectl logs/describe, debugging tests in containerized environments
• CI/CD: GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI — integrating tests and triaging failures at scale
• Hands-on AI coding assistants (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot) as part of daily delivery rhythm
• Excellent written communication: bug reports, test plans, explaining quality risks to non-technical stakeholders

• Experience evaluating or building eval/regression suites for LLM-powered features (prompt versioning,

About the Role

The Senior Payroll Accountant owns the payroll and remuneration function for SQUAD Ukraine, covering both employment payroll and gig-contract compensation. This is a function-lead role with direct reports, where you will be accountable for the quality, accuracy, and timeliness of all payroll outputs.

We are looking for a professional with a process-owner mindset—someone who can actively implement changes, drive automation, scale processes with business growth, and adapt to complex legislative shifts. The role operates with a high degree of independence, ensuring strict compliance with internal policies and Ukrainian tax legislation, including the special tax regime for Diya City residents.

Responsibilities and Duties

Team Leadership & Management

• Manage the payroll team: assign and prioritize work, set deadlines aligned to the payroll calendar, and monitor delivery against agreed KPIs
• Review and approve all payroll and compensation outputs prepared by the team
• Provide coaching, identify development needs, and conduct performance reviews in coordination with the Chief Accountant
• Ensure cross-training within the team to maintain continuity during absences

Payroll & Compensation Processing

• Execute end-to-end payroll processing, including data collection, wage calculation, and distribution of electronic transfers
• Oversee gig-contract compensation: review calculations, tax computations, and payment files. Retain the ability to execute the full cycle independently as a backup
• Manage employee and gig-contract benefits (e.g., healthcare, voluntary deductions) and ensure reconciliation with FRA and HR Ops
• Handle social benefits, including maternity leave calculations, funding from the Pension Fund, and reconciliation against company policy

Tax Compliance & Reporting

• Ensure full compliance with statutory regulations regarding payroll, taxation, and labor laws
• Monitor Diya City residency criteria (compensation thresholds, headcount) and escalate risks to the Chief Accountant with corrective actions
• Prepare and submit Consolidated Tax Reports (Social Contribution and Personal Income Tax) and proactively adjust to legislative changes

Reporting, Audits & Process Optimization

• Maintain accurate records (employee data, tax information, timesheets, etc.)

• Prepare payroll/compensation input for management reporting and reconcile monthly transactions in NetSuite

Midas is a trading app for Base — and for the EVM chains that come after it. Traders use it to find new tokens early and trade them fast, through the web app and through our Telegram bot. It's live and people use it daily.

We're small and early. I'm looking for a founding engineer: someone who takes ownership of the product end to end rather than a slice of it.

What the role is

You'd own the technical side of Midas with me — frontend, backend, the data layer, and the calls about what we build and how. Not tickets handed down. You'd be deciding a lot of it, and shipping it.

What you'd work on

The trading path: quotes, routing, execution, and the latency of all three. This is the product, and speed is most of it.

Real-time market data — Bun + Hono + Socket.IO streaming to the web app and the bot.

Analytics over ClickHouse: wallet PnL, smart-money tracking, holder analysis. The database is 3+ TB and grows with every block, so how you shape a query matters.

The interface traders actually live in — Next.js, real-time, dense.

Multichain: we're adding a second chain now, and more after it.

The problems here are real-time and data-shaped. How fast can we see a new token, how fast can we get someone into it, and how do we compute useful things over a lot of on-chain data without it getting slow.

What we need from you

5+ years TypeScript, strong across frontend and backend.

Solid SQL and an instinct for why a query is slow.

You've built something real-time or latency-sensitive before.

Working knowledge of EVM: reading on-chain logs, decoding calldata, and you know what a swap, a pool and a wallet actually are.

You can decide, build and ship without waiting to be told.

The stack

Backend: Bun, Hono, Effect-TS, viem, ClickHouse, RabbitMQ, Redis

Frontend: Next.js, React, TanStack Query, shadcn, viem/wagmi

Indexer: Rust + reth ExEx

You don't need all of it. Effect-TS is niche and we'd expect you to learn it here rather than arrive with it. ClickHouse likewise — if you're good with SQL and think about performance, you'll pick it up.

What would make you stand out

ClickHouse or another OLAP database at real scale.

DeFi: DEX routing, MEV, or awareness of exploit patterns like reentrancy and oracle manipulation — we move user funds, so this matters.

Smart contract development.

Rust, especially blockchain indexing — reth ExEx or similar.

Comfort with Docker, CI/CD, and reading logs when something breaks at 2am.

Being honest with you

We're early. The codebase is real and it works, but there's technical debt and some of it is the kind you'll want to fix in your first month. We're not going to pretend otherwise — you'd be joining to make it better, and you'll have the room to do that.

The team is small enough that what you build ships within days and users notice. If you want process and layers, this isn't it.

About the Role

• Experience with data connectivity drivers: JDBC, ODBC, Arrow Flight.
• Kubernetes on managed services (GKE / EKS / AKS) and multi-cloud exposure.
• IaC tools such as Terraform.
• Track record of performance optimization at the systems level — profiling, vectorization, cache/memory-conscious design.
• Prior experience contributing to open-source data infrastructure projects.

We are a recruitment agency partnering with AdAstra to hire a Meta Performance Growth Lead.

AdAstra is an established performance marketing holding with nine years of experience scaling digital businesses. The company is now building a new White Nutra / telehealth vertical for the US market and is looking for a hands-on leader who can launch and scale the business, then build and manage a team around it.

This is not a traditional hands-off Head role. Initially, you will be expected to work directly with Meta campaigns, test hypotheses, and build effective funnels. As the vertical grows, you will take ownership of the team, processes, and overall growth strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Launch and scale Meta campaigns in the US market.
• Build multi-step funnels and analyze the entire customer journey.
• Create a structured testing process: hypothesis → creative → launch → analysis → iteration → scaling.
• Identify why specific creatives succeed or fail at the angle, hook, claim, format, and offer levels.
• Connect Meta performance with CAC, CVR, AOV/LTV, payback, and conversion quality.
• Prepare clear, performance-driven briefs for designers, copywriters, video editors, and UGC creators.
• Build internal processes, hire specialists, and manage the acquisition team.
• Develop the long-term strategy for scaling the White Nutra vertical.

What we are looking for:

• Hands-on experience in White Nutra.
• Deep expertise in Meta as the primary acquisition channel.
• Experience personally managing meaningful advertising budgets.
• Strong understanding of direct response, creative strategy, and high-volume testing.
• Ability to analyze full-funnel economics rather than relying solely on Ads Manager metrics.
• Previous leadership and process-building experience.
• Strong strategic and analytical thinking.
• Willingness to personally launch and manage campaigns during the initial stage.
• Fluency in English and Russian.

Nice to have:

• Experience with the US market.
• Background in telehealth, digital health, supplements, nutrition, weight loss, or another regulated category.
• Understanding of compliance requirements and advertising claim restrictions.
• Experience launching a new business vertical or acquisition function from scratch.
