Responsibilities:

We are looking for a 2D Animator, who will play an important role in bringing games to life through high-quality, engaging, and performance-optimized animation.
 

Responsibilities
— Create 2D animations of varying complexity for slot games, including characters, creatures, game symbols, UI elements, backgrounds, win screens, and VFX
— Develop advanced animations in Spine 2D, including complex skeletal setups, mesh deformation, constraints, skin systems, and multi-track animations
— Prepare and deliver clean, optimized export files for developers, including JSON, atlas, and sprite sheets
— Work closely with Art Leads, Art Directors, Game Designers, and Developers throughout the game development process
— Receive and incorporate feedback from Animation Leads and Art Directors while maintaining high creative and technical standards
— Make independent technical decisions, estimate complex animation tasks, and solve non-standard pipeline challenges
— Optimize animation assets for mobile and web platforms, balancing visual quality with performance requirements
— Contribute to and maintain technical documentation related to animation when needed

Requirements
— 3+ years of commercial experience as a 2D Animator, specifically in iGaming / slot game development
— Deep understanding of slot game mechanics and how animation supports gameplay, features, and player experience
— Strong portfolio demonstrating complex character and creature animation, advanced Spine setups, and dynamic slot visuals
— Advanced knowledge of Spine 2D, including complex skeletal setups, dynamic mesh deformation, bone weights, IK, Path and Transform constraints, multi-tier skin systems, and working with tracks
— Experience creating high-level animations for complex UI elements, premium game symbols, backgrounds, and multi-stage win screens
— Strong understanding of mobile and web optimization principles for Spine animations, including draw call reduction, mesh weight optimization, and efficient texture atlas packing
— Ability to produce clean, optimized export files tailored to strict target platform requirements
— High level of autonomy and ownership, with the ability to make technical decisions and independently solve complex animation and pipeline challenges

YOUR ROLE 

As Digital Marketing Manager, you own the operational execution and performance channels across both of our brands PILLAR Germany and Betsa, two complementary companies in the solar and construction space, united under one roof. Working closely with our future Brand Manager, you make our marketing measurable and turn visibility into leads.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Run and optimize SEO (on-page and off-page), including link building, to grow our ranking for the search terms that matter for each brand, from "Solarcarport" and "Solarüberdachung + region" (PILLAR) to "energetische Sanierung" and "Bauunternehmen + region" (Betsa)
• Plan, set up, maintain and optimize Google Ads / PPC campaigns across both brands
• Drive social media performance across all our channels
• Build and improve landing pages that convert
• Handle end-to-end campaign setup and optimization
• Own tracking, analytics, and reporting,  and report performance per brand in a clear, simple format (traffic-light / KPI logic)

• Willing and able to travel to events and trade fairs, and to visit our office in Munich, Germany, when it is needed
