Role Overview

Our core product is the website. This role is central to how we present, convert, and grow our digital products. We're looking for a self-sufficient designer who lives and breathes web — someone who can own the design process end-to-end, move fast, and leverage AI tools as a core part of their workflow.

You will report directly to the Creative PM and work with high autonomy after receiving a creative concept, visual references, and brand identity brief.

⚡ Key Responsibilities

• Design & produce digital product websites as the primary deliverable, including home pages, article pages, subscribe and opt-in pages, and other product-dependent pages as required by the specific project.
• Build and format digital product websites using visual drag-and-drop builders (Webflow, Leadpages, ClickFunnels, Framer, etc.).
• Create sections, components, pages, and other visual assets using AI tools such as Claude, Claude + Figma, AI image tools, and AI coding tools.
• Produce high-quality banners, headers, and other graphics for web and email campaigns.
• Ensure all pages are responsive, mobile-friendly, and optimized for performance.
• Maintain brand consistency within each project.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to align visuals with campaign goals.
• Operate independently and make design decisions autonomously after concept hand-off — bringing your own ideas to life based on the brief and the provided direction (base colors, theme, and overall style).

✅ Requirements

Must Have

• 3+ years of experience in web design (not just static graphics or branding)
• Proven track record in creating landing pages, funnels, and conversion-oriented websites
• Strong portfolio with websites and landing pages (product company work preferred — mobile apps, SaaS, etc.)
• Proficiency in Figma and/or Adobe Creative Suite
• Hands-on experience with at least one no-code/low-code page builder: Webflow, Framer, Unbounce, Elementor, or similar
• AI-native workflow — active, confident use of Claude and image generation tools 
• Solid understanding of layout, spacing, UX hierarchy, and conversion design
• Basic HTML/CSS — enough to self-serve minor display fixes (scroll issues, font styles, etc.)

Who we are

We've built dozens of tools for creators and sold three of those businesses for seven figures or more. Now we're building our own platform where creators can sell subscriptions and PPV content, chat with fans, livestream and receive payouts. We have $10m in funding.

Who we're looking for

You'll own the iOS and Android app, which we're building from scratch with React Native, Expo and TypeScript. You'll work with our designers and the engineers building the backend and web app.

What you'll do

• Build the iOS and Android app in Expo and TypeScript.
• Ship to both stores and maintain the app after release. You'll handle builds, signing, app review, updates, crash reporting and push notifications.
• Add camera and media capture, secure storage and identity checks using Expo and React Native libraries. Handle background uploads and recover from interrupted transfers.
• Build payments, subscriptions and paywalls. Make sure restored purchases and failed payments leave users with the right access.
• Make chat work when people lose connection and come back. Keep long conversations fast to load and smooth to scroll, and handle messages sent while offline.
• Work in our monorepo. Share API types, client code and design tokens with web, and share UI components where they work on both platforms.

We expect you to look at the Laravel code when an API doesn't give the app what it needs, and work with the backend team to fix it.

What we need from you

• You know TypeScript well and have shipped and maintained React Native and Expo apps with real users. If you've sold an app you built, we'd like to hear about it.
• You've shipped mobile payments, subscriptions and paywalls. You know how to restore purchases and keep paid access in sync with the backend.
• You've taken iOS and Android apps through App Store and Google Play review.
• You understand the stores' billing rules and when you can use external payments.
• You can integrate native libraries in Expo development builds and debug problems on iOS and Android, including build and configuration issues.
• You can track down crashes, slow screens and connection problems on real phones. You understand how backgrounding, force-quit or force-stop, and reopening affect the app's work and recovery.
• You have a good eye for UI and UX. You build beautiful interfaces that feel good to use, with thoughtful transitions, animations and small interactions. When a design leaves out a state or interaction, you can work out what fits.

It's a plus if you've worked on a creator or UGC platform and dealt with its moderation rules. Experience with KYC or age checks, WebRTC, livestreaming, shared design systems or monorepos also helps. Writing Swift or Kotlin modules is a bonus.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Service Operations Analyst (Pod) to join our growing Service Operations team within a Managed Services Provider (MSP) environment.

This role is designed for a senior individual contributor who can bring structure, follow-through, and operational ownership across one or more service delivery pods.

The Service Operations Analyst (Pod) acts as the connective layer across Clients, Service Delivery, Support Managers, Project Managers, Support Managers, and Finance to ensure key workflows move forward consistently, risks are surfaced early, and nothing critical gets stuck.

This is not a traditional administrative support role. It is a higher-ownership position focused on operational excellence, cross-functional coordination, workflow maturity, and helping shape how the pod support model evolves as Atlas continues to scale.

Responsibilities:

Pod Operational Ownership:

• Act as the Service Operations point person for one or more service delivery pods.
• Bring visibility to open actions, blockers, service risks, and operational dependencies across teams.
• Reduce dependencies on Support Managers for non-technical work.
• Ensure work moves forward consistently through structured follow-up, accountability, and clear ownership.

• Partner with managers and stakeholders to improve operating rhythm, reduce friction, and strengthen execution.

   

Client Health, QBR Readiness, and Service Visibility:

• Drive QBR readiness and post-QBR follow-through across assigned scope.
• Monitor client health indicators, including backlog trends, SLA risks, service escalations, CSAT/NPS inputs, and other operational signals.
• Help prepare pod-level visibility into performance, risks, and opportunities.

• Ensure action items, opportunities, and service concerns identified through QBRs or leadership reviews are tracked to completion.

   

Support Project Coordination and Client-Facing Execution

• Coordinate support-related projects, follow-through activities, and operational workstreams that sit between pure ticket support and formal project delivery.
• Help manage timelines, action items, dependencies, documentation, meeting follow-up, and owner accountability for support projects within assigned pods.
• Serve as a client-facing operational partner during support-related initiatives, ensuring clients receive clear communication, timely updates, and strong follow-through.
• Participate in client meetings as needed to review status, clarify next steps, gather requirements, and help keep operational or support-related commitments on track.
• Partner with Support Managers, Project Managers to ensure internal execution and client expectations stay aligned.

• Surface risks, delays, or coordination gaps early so they can be addressed before they affect the client experience.

   

Billing, Quote, and Commercial Workflow Ownership:

• Own and evolve billing-related workflows tied to support projects, recurring reviews, and monthly follow-through.
• Monitor billing alignment, usage trends, exceptions, and revenue-impacting gaps.
• Own quote management visibility and ensure proposals, pricing-related follow-through, and related approvals move efficiently.
• Build regular checks and balances so Admin and Associate execution remains accurate, timely, and measurable.

• Identify recurring breakdowns in workflow and propose more scalable operating structures.

   

Workflow Governance and Process Improvement:

• Own complex, cross-functional operational workflows end to end, ensuring they are clear, documented, and sustainable.
• Simplify recurring work by improving process design rather than relying only on manual pushing and reminders.
• Identify operational inefficiencies, recurring blockers, and unclear handoffs, then recommend practical improvements.

• Help define standards, expectations, and service levels for key Service Ops workflows.

   

Tooling, Dashboards, and Operational Monitoring:

• Monitor dashboards, progress views, and recurring operational trackers to ensure leadership has clear visibility.
• Support the structure and maturity of Service Ops workflows in tools such as Monday.com, ConnectWise Manage, Power BI, and related systems.
• Maintain operational visibility into aging work, SLA issues, billing/process gaps, and other pod-level risks.

• Partner with leadership on metric design, operating visibility, and practical dashboard usage.

   

Cross-Functional Coordination:

• Coordinate effectively across Service, Project Managers, Support Managers, Finance, and other internal stakeholders.
• Serve as a reliable operational partner who can move work across departments without direct authority.
• Support rapid response and follow-through when service, client, billing, or workflow issues require multi-team coordination.

• Communicate clearly on status, risks, blockers, and next steps.

   

Automation and Scale:

• Identify manual, repetitive work that can be simplified, automated, or shifted downward appropriately.
• Reduce dependencies on Support Manager for non-technical work
• Help define and support AI, automation, or workflow-improvement opportunities within Service Ops.
• Measure whether changes are actually reducing manual load and improving consistency for Admin and Associate roles.

• Contribute to building a more scalable pod support model over time.

   

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in service operations, business operations, project coordination, or a related operational role, ideally within an MSP, IT services, or professional services environment.
• Strong follow-through, ownership, and accountability.
• Ability to manage multiple cross-functional priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong judgment in ambiguous situations, including knowing when to escalate and when to drive resolution directly.
• Experience working with operational tools such as Monday.com, ConnectWise Manage, Power BI, Excel, or similar systems.
• Comfort working across technical and non-technical teams.
• Ability to create structure, improve workflows, and keep work moving without relying solely on management escalation.

We are looking for a Founding Sales Lead to help us build and prove new, repeatable channels for acquiring clients. This is a role with ownership and autonomy. Project description:

Currently, we are building multiple different platforms for dispatch, billing and cashiering that seamlessly connect multiple transportation fleets with clients, and these platforms frequently communicate with each other. The current position is for one of the projects, which is a multi-component transportation platform designed to optimize mobility experiences for both riders and drivers, while enabling centralized control for operational teams. It consists of three key components:
