What you’ll be focusing on:

• Own and continuously improve payment performance for two B2C subscription products.
• Work on first payment approval rate, rebill success rate, payment recovery, refunds, chargebacks, and payment-related conversion.
• Analyze payment data by GEO, payment method, PSP, MID, card type, issuer/BIN, user segment, funnel, and product flow.

You are our ideal candidate if you:

• 2+ years of experience in billing, payments, payment operations, PSP management, and payment infrastructure in digital products.
