The Role

We're looking for a strategic, data-driven Head of VIP to own the design, performance, and continuous optimization of our VIP retention program across T1 and T2 casino markets. You'll set the strategy, bring innovation, novel ideas, own the numbers, and lead through a dedicated VIP Team Leader who runs day-to-day execution. You'll spend your time on segmentation, cohort analysis, program design, and cross-functional influence, stepping into the player-facing world only for your top 10–20 Tier-1 accounts and genuine crisis escalations.

• Strategic Analytics: Design and maintain our multi-tier segmentation (Mass Market / Pre-VIP / VIP) and cohort framework (Active, Churn, Reactivated, New), and deliver 7-day, 14-day, and monthly performance intelligence across every project and market.

We work with iGaming operators of all sizes to help them expand into new markets or strengthen their existing brands. As a casino software company, we provide solutions that help build outstanding brands and achieve business goals. And now we are looking for a Technical Writer to join our team.

 
What will be your responsibilities:

• Create and maintain high-quality documentation: user manuals, how-to guides, release notes, and edit demo videos.
• Simplify Complex Information into clear, structured, and audience-appropriate content.
• Upload content to internal and external knowledge base.
• Work closely with the Technical Writing Team Lead to improve documentation workflows and participate in planning and content lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with engineering, DevOps, QA, product, and support teams to gather information and validate documentation accuracy.
• Use generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) to assist with drafting, structuring, reviewing, and accelerating documentation processes.
• Deliver documentation in sync with release timelines.
   

What we expect from you:

• 1+ years of proven experience as a Technical Writer or in a related role in software or SaaS environments.
• Excellent written English (С1), conversational (B2);
• Solid knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile/Scrum methodologies, and iterative product development.
• Hands-on experience with documentation tools such as ClickUp, Git, and Markdown.
• Practical experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) for writing assistance, prompt creation, and content acceleration.
• Experience documenting RESTful APIs and working with tools such as Swagger, OpenAPI, or Postman.
• Familiarity with formats like JSON, YAML, XML, and a basic understanding of HTML/CSS.
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, proactive mindset, ownership of deliverables, and ability to work independently under deadlines.
• You can share a writing portfolio or complete a short test assignment as part of the hiring process.
   

It’ll be a plus:

• Experience with docs-as-code workflows and tools (e.g., GitLab, Docusaurus).
• Familiarity with UX writing and the ability to craft microcopy, UI text, and contextual help messages.
• Ability to create or edit visuals using Figma, Photoshop, or diagramming tools like draw.io or Lucidchart.
• Understanding of the iGaming domain (casino games, sportsbook, slots, regulatory compliance, etc).
• Basic knowledge of programming/scripting languages (JavaScript, PHP) and ability to read developer-level documentation.
• Basic understanding of relational databases.

* Launch, optimize, and scale Native Ads campaigns for the Dating vertical.
* Manage campaigns across native advertising platforms (Taboola, Outbrain, Revcontent, etc.).
* Analyze campaign performance and optimize towards CPL, ROI, ROAS, and other KPIs.
* Develop testing strategies for creatives, landing pages, angles, and audiences.
* Work closely with design tools, AI tools, and developers to improve campaign performance.
* Monitor traffic quality, conversion rates, and user behavior.
* Identify new traffic sources and scaling opportunities.
* Track competitors and market trends.
* Prepare regular performance reports and actionable insights.

Requirements:
* 2+ years of experience buying traffic for the Dating vertical.
* Strong experience with Native Ads platforms.
* Proven record of profitable campaign scaling.
* Excellent understanding of CPL, EPC, CTR, CR, ROI, ROAS, LTV, and other performance metrics.
* Experience with tracking platforms such as Voluum, Binom, RedTrack, Keitaro, or similar.
* Experience with landing page testing and funnel optimization.
* Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
* Ability to work independently and take ownership of results.
