Key Responsibilities

• Execute and optimize crypto <> fiat conversion flows (on-ramps/off-ramps), minimize fees and slippage, and manage settlement timing.
• Implement and own reconciliation processes: automatically match deposits/withdrawals to user accounts, detect exceptions, and reconcile to the general ledger.
• Manage payout flows and fraud/dispute resolution processes, including chargebacks and PSP disputes.
• Design and enforce treasury policies: account signatories, multisig rules, cold/hot wallet segregation, transaction limits, and incident response.
• Maintain accurate valuations and accounting treatment for skins (inventory/user balances) in collaboration with finance and product teams.
• Monitor on-chain transactions, maintain explorer/monitoring tools, and produce activity reports for compliance.
• Lead relationships and SLAs with banks, PSPs, custodians, exchanges, and AML/KYC tooling vendors.
• Support monthly/quarterly close for payments-ledgers and produce treasury reporting: cash position, FX/crypto P&L, liquidity runway.
• Drive automation (scripts, API workflow, or ETL) by collaborating with the engineering and product teams to eliminate manual reconciliation and reduce settlement time.

We are looking for an FPGA Platform Engineer to maintain and develop a stable FPGA cluster environment used for research and engineering work. The role focuses on building a reliable infrastructure around FPGA hardware, including toolchains, deployment processes, monitoring, and operational automation.
 

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain FPGA hardware environments and ensure stable operation of the FPGA cluster.
• Deploy and maintain FPGA toolchains and runtimes (e.g., Xilinx Vivado/Vitis or similar), including drivers, SDKs, and licenses.
• Manage the bitstream lifecycle: versioning, storage, access control, deployment logging, and rollback processes.
• Build and maintain a simple release pipeline for FPGA artifacts (build → package → deploy → rollback).
• Implement automation and operational scripts (Bash/Python) and basic CI checks for build and deployment validation.
• Configure monitoring and health checks for FPGA-specific metrics (temperature, power, device errors, status) and support incident investigation.

- Own SQL-acceleration projects end-to-end from planning to implementation and measurable outcomes

- Implement algorithms (targeting a custom DSL) for complex SQL functions within a Scala codebase

- Drive performance optimizations for Big Data processing algorithms primarily in Java but also C++

- Research and develop new greenfield development lying at the intersection of Big Data analytics and compilers

- Implement (in a custom DSL) a major SQL operator (e.g. Window aggregate) or smaller SQL expressions

- Migrate a complex code-generated algorithm in a custom DSL to a C++ equivalent

- Invoke Java code via C++ JNI to provide execution of a SQL function for compatibility reasons
