About us

We build and scale health & wellness digital subscription / web products (info products, assessments, companion-style apps). Product + growth move fast: a lot of early surfaces are vibe-coded, then need to become real production systems next to media buying and analytics.

About the role

Backend-leaning full-stack engineer who can take vibe-coded funnels and products (e.g. Base44-style builds, GitHub exports, AI-generated apps) off the sandbox and onto self-hosted infrastructure — then wire pixels, GTM, GA4, Amplitude, and payment APIs so ads and subscriptions actually track and charge correctly.

You do not need quiz-funnel DNA. That’s a plus, not a requirement. You do need to read PSP/docs carefully and ship reliably.

What you’ll do

• Export / migrate vibe-coded projects (GitHub / similar) into clean repos and self-hosted environments
• Own hosting, deploys, env/secrets, basic ops for funnel + product surfaces
• Connect Meta / Google (and related) pixels; implement GTM + GA4 events correctly (purchase, subscribe, trial, etc.)
• Instrument Amplitude (or equivalent product analytics) so growth can see funnels end-to-end
• Integrate payment APIs — Stripe, Adyen, NMI (and similar) — checkout, webhooks, subscription status, refunds as needed
• Work with PMM / UA / product on event naming, debug broken tracking, harden what “vibe code” left fragile

Must-have

• Strong backend + enough front-end to ship funnel/product pages and tracking scripts
• Real experience putting apps on self-hosted / VPS / container infra (not only managed toy deploys)
• Hands-on GTM + GA4 (and pixel) event wiring you can walk through
• Amplitude (or very similar product analytics) in production
• At least one of Stripe / Adyen / NMI (others welcome) — comfortable reading API docs + webhooks
• English enough to read technical docs and async with the team

Nice-to-have

• Quiz / long-form web funnel or subscription paywall products
• PSP aggregators (Solidgate, Apigate, etc.)
• CAPI / server-side events; Meta signal quality hygiene
• Node / Python / PHP / Next — whatever ships; stack is secondary to shipping production

Not a fit

• Pure front-end / design-only
• Never owned hosting or production deploys
• “I’ll learn payments later” with no API/webhook history
• Looking only for a slow enterprise FT ramp with no hourly start

How we hire

This is a full-time seat, but we start immediately on hourly until we’ve shipped enough together to convert to FT.

How to apply

In your application (or first message), list exactly what you can already do from what we need — short yes/no or 1-line proof for each:

1. Take a vibe-coded / AI-built app (GitHub export / Base44-style) and move it to self-hosted infra
2. Own hosting / deploys / env / secrets for a live web product
3. Wire Meta/Google pixels
4. Implement correct events in GTM + GA4 (purchase / subscribe / trial / etc.)
5. Set up or run Amplitude (or equivalent) on a product funnel
6. Integrate payments via API docs — which of Stripe / Adyen / NMI (or similar) you’ve done, including webhooks / subscriptions if any
7. Hourly availability to start now + when you could go full-time

Optional plus: quiz / long web-funnel or subscription paywall experience (not required).

About us

Health & wellness digital subscription / info products. We scale with Meta + YouTube creative volume. We’re hiring AI system thinkers — people who believe AI can own the full ad pipeline, not just “help with cuts.”

About the role

High-volume Meta + YouTube ad creator. Target pace ~1 finished ad per hour when fed. You build fully end-to-end AI workflows — think AI cartoon / story-style ads where a whole ~60–90s spot can come from one strong prompt + pipeline, then light human polish.

Daily stack: Higgsfield + CapCut (Premiere, Kling, Runway, or similar AI video tools welcome).

Must have worked in a Meta + Google/YouTube ads agency (or perf team next to buyers) so you already know which hooks, angles, styles, and formats work.

What you’ll do

• Design and run prompt → generate → edit → caption → export pipelines for Meta and YouTube (Higgsfield + CapCut / similar)
• Ship mass output: feed/Reels + YouTube shorts and longer performance cuts
• Build story/cartoon/animated AI ads end-to-end (FruitStories-style / AI narrative spots), not only UGC talking heads
• Multiply winners into variants fast; hand clean packs to media buyers
• Optional: push hooks/angles when you see what converts

Must-have

• Portfolio of Meta and YouTube/Google paid ads you made inside an agency or buying team
• Hands-on Higgsfield + CapCut (or equivalent AI video + edit stack) — proven end-to-end AI video workflows, not “CapCut + a filter”
• AI-native speed + quality (~1/hr when briefs/refs are ready)
• Taste for hooks, angles, formats that work in paid Meta/YouTube
• EN enough for briefs and on-screen copy

Huge plus

• Health / wellness / digital subscription creatives; IQ / personality / assessment ads
• Short-form VSLs, animated explainers, AI story/cartoon ads
• Creative tracking for media buyers (Airtable / Notion / similar)
• Premiere / Kling / Runway / similar in the same pipeline

Not a fit

• Hand-edit-only traditionalists
• Organic TikTok only
• No paid Meta+YouTube agency experience
• “AI is just for thumbnails”

How to apply

3–5 Meta and YouTube ads · one example of an end-to-end AI workflow you built (tools + steps — ideally Higgsfield + CapCut or similar) · weekly capacity · net rate
