Responsibilities

• Execute and optimize global UA campaigns across Meta, Google, AppLovin, Unity, and others
• Own the full marketing funnel: drive ROAS performance against targets; manage and shift budgets based on day-to-day performance of CPIs and LTVs
• Partner with the creative team to brief, test, and iterate on top-performing UA videos, playables, and CPPs
• Manage MMP workflows (AppsFlyer, Firebase) to ensure accurate tracking and troubleshoot attribution discrepancies

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Support manager to join our dynamic team. As a Support manager, you will be the face of our company, interacting with our customers and providing them with the best possible experience.

We offer flexible working hours in order to promote a healthy balance between work and personal life.

These hours include

• a morning shift from 06:00 to 14:00(1−2 times per week),
• a day shift from 14:00 to 22:00(1−2 times per week),
• a night shift from 22:00 to 06:00(2+ times per week).

What you’ll do

• Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via email, phone, or chat in a timely and professional manner
• Understand and resolve customer issues and complaints
• Provide product and service information to customers
• Coordinate with other teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues
• Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members
• Build new and upgrade established channels, means and processes to improve the customer journey
• Up-sell company products in collaboration with sales teams to ensure growth attainment

What you`ll do:

• Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously (approx. 10-12), ensuring successful project delivery. 
  Project types: website development from scratch (45%), website design (15%), website support tickets (25%) and software development (15%).
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables that support business goals and meet client expectations.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, using project management software.
• Monitor and track project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or risks.
• Communicate project status, updates, and changes to clients and team members.
• Conduct regular status meetings with clients to communicate progress, provide reports, and address any challenges.
• Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, promoting open communication and problem-solving.
• Ensure adherence to project management best practices, methodologies, and standards to maintain high levels of quality throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement lessons learned.
