We are looking for Ukrainian Senior FullStack Engineer with proven experience (Angular / Ionic - Capacitor / PHP) to work in an international team. 
 

     About the Project
    We are building a hybrid app (PWA + iOS + Android + Chromebox) and an admin panel.

• Client app: Angular 17 + Ionic 8 + Capacitor 7
• Admin frontend: Angular.js 1.8 (legacy, phased out by year-end)
• Backend: PHP 8
• Scrum workflow: 2-week sprints, daily stand-ups (Mon–Thu), planning, grooming, reviews, retrospectives
• Platform: macOS for main app
  
  Responsibilities
• Develop and improve Admin Frontend (Angular.js) and Client Frontend (Angular/Ionic/Capacitor)
• Maintain and enhance API (PHP)
• Write unit tests and ensure code quality
• Participate in technical and business discussions
• Conduct code reviews
• Contribute to architecture and legacy migration plans
  
  Requirements
• 5+ years FullStack experience in production projects
• Deep expertise in Angular; hands-on experience with Angular.js legacy code
• Experience with hybrid mobile apps (Ionic + Capacitor), PWA, cross-platform optimization
• Proficient in PHP 8, API design, and backend maintainability
• Experience with unit testing, CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployments
• Agile/Scrum experience; effective in planning, grooming, reviews, and retrospectives
• At least Upper-Intermediate English level

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field – or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements, design systems, and implement solutions in .NET and ASP.NET Core.
• Develop and optimize databases (MongoDB, Azure SQL).
• Troubleshoot, debug, and perform performance tuning.
• Provide technical support and ensure high-quality delivery.
• Conduct code reviews to enforce best practices and maintain code quality.
• Work both independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team.
• Communicate regularly with the client and stakeholders.
• Provide technical leadership: mentor, coach, and lead by example.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
