About the Role
We’re looking for a Project Manager/Operations Specialist to support day-to-day operations — from coordinating tasks across teams to testing flows, documenting requirements, and updating content in admin panels. This is a junior-to-mid-level role, ideal for someone who likes being hands-on, structured,
and helpful across multiple areas.
You won’t “own” the product, but you will own tasks and make sure they’re completed clearly and on time.What You’ll Do
- Keep task boards and workflows clean and updated in Notion.
- Coordinate and track tasks across Development, Platform, Affiliate, Design, CRM, and other cross-functional teams.
- Follow up on deadlines and make sure tasks are fully delivered.
- Communicate with the platform team to report issues or get requirements.
- Convert requests from stakeholders into clear, trackable tasks.
- Manually test main flows (registration, deposit, bonus, withdrawal).
- Write simple, clear bug reports — focused on what to fix and where.
- Research competitors and map CJM / UX flows in Figma (screens, emails,offers, flows).
- Support basic CMS tasks: update banners, bonuses, promo content.
- Use AI tools (like ChatGPT) to speed up work, from drafting content andtasks to analyze flows, while continuously checking and adapting results for
context.
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years in roles like Project Manager, QA, Content Manager, or other Operations.
- Experience coordinating between tech, design, and content teams.
- Experience working with CMS/website admin panels.
- Understanding of key project management approaches (Agile, Scrum, Kanban,Waterfall).
- Experience with Notion (or similar: Asana, Trello, Jira, ClickUp) — structure isyour thing.
- English (B1+) — enough to read interfaces, specs, and analyze competitors’ products.
- Responsible mindset: if a task is yours, you close it.
Nice to Have
- Hands-on content work in iGaming CMS/admins (bonuses, banners, games).
- iGaming experience.
- Familiarity with Smartico, Braze, or similar CRM tools.
- Figma skills for simple user flows or diagrams.
