Project Planning & Coordination
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation in alignment with B2B partner needs.
- Break down ML product requirements into actionable tasks and milestones for internal teams and client deliverables.
Manage dependencies between research, model training, testing, integration, and deployment.
Execution & Delivery
- Oversee end-to-end execution of ML projects from concept to launch.
- Track velocity, carry-over, and quality metrics; ensure predictable delivery (>80% sprint goal completion).
Anticipate and resolve blockers, risks, and scope changes while keeping clients informed.
Client Launch & Engagement
- Plan and coordinate product launches with B2B clients, ensuring smooth integration into their workflows.
- Act as the primary point of contact during onboarding, deployment, and post-launch support.
Collect and synthesize client feedback to inform product improvements and feature roadmaps.
Qualifications & Skills
Required:
- 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in a tech, software, or B2B product environment.
- Familiarity with the ML product lifecycle (data preparation, model development, testing, deployment, monitoring).
- Strong knowledge of Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).
- Proven experience managing client-facing technology projects.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills, able to bridge technical and business conversations.
Nice to have:
- Experience in iGaming or regulated online entertainment sectors.
- Knowledge of ML model performance metrics and A/B testing methodologies.

Role Overview
As our Operations & People Specialist, youβll dedicate at least 50% of your time to Talent Acquisition β from drafting job postings to end-to-end candidate management. The rest of your responsibilities will focus on HR operations and occasional executive support. Weβre looking for someone who can take initiative, stay organized, and proactively solve problems. Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition (50%+)
- Full-Cycle Recruiting: Draft and update job descriptions, source candidates, conduct initial screenings, and coordinate interview processes.
- Candidate Management: Communicate regularly with candidates, ensure timely follow-ups, and keep our careers page updated.
- Strategy & Collaboration: Work with team leads to understand hiring needs, craft effective outreach strategies, and report on recruiting metrics.
HR & People Operations
- Oversee and refine the onboarding process to ensure a seamless new-hire experience.
- Maintain and manage HR software, keeping employee records accurate and updated.
- Address basic HR-related inquiries and facilitate internal communication with the broader team.
Administrative Coordination
- Organize digital filing systems and maintain compliance documentation.
- Prepare and circulate internal announcements, newsletters, and policy updates.
- Occasional Executive Support: Provide minimal scheduling or administrative assistance to the CEO as needed (approximately 10β15% of your time).
Process Improvement & Collaboration
- Identify and propose ways to streamline HR and administrative processes to enhance overall efficiency.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Marketing, Operations) to ensure smooth cross-functional workflows.
- Take ownership of special projects as the company grows.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruiting (preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment), combined with HR or operational responsibilities.
- Upper-intermediate to advanced English proficiency for both written and verbal communication.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a proven ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Availability to work from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time (PST).
- Familiarity with HR software and eagerness to adapt to new tools/technologies.

β Define Acceptance Criteria for their Product: The Product Owner must know what they want their product features to achieve.Having strongly defined acceptance criteria is vital to ensure that the Product performs to the expected standard. A/Cβs should always be confirmed with Stakeholders and will be used as a baseline for QA to test against.
β Gather Functional and non Functional Requirements: The Product Owner will ensure that all requirements are gathered and that they meet the Product Managers expectations.
β Maintain Requirements: Requirements may be adjusted during the project lifecycle, this is to be expected in a dynamic environment such as ours.
If a requirement is adjusted then this must be reflected at the appropriate level (Epic, Story).
β Verify Requirements: Once the requirements, functional and non functional, have been gathered from the Stakeholder the Product Owner will confirm and agree that the requirements are fit for purpose and use.
β Create and Maintain Epics, Stories, Use and Edge Cases. Although the creation of these artefacts may be done by another team the Product Owner holds accountability for the quality of their content
β Participate in OKR planning: Working closely with stakeholders and participating in quarterly OKR planning for the product, including estimating their achievement.

β Experience:
At least 2 years as a Product Owner or similar role (Business Analyst, System Analyst, Quality Assurance Analyst).
β Skills Requirements:
To execute tasks, technical understanding is required in the following areas:
- Requirements lifecycle
- Product backlog management
- Product development architecture
- Software development
- Scrum and Agile development methodologies
- User experience principles
- Coding and designing (nice to have)
β Communication Skills (at least B2 English)
