About the Role 

We're looking for a highly skilled Flutter Developer to take end-to-end ownership of our mobile app development efforts. You'll function as the technical lead while directly implementing features, driving the architecture, and maintaining a high bar for code quality and performance.

This is a hands-on role-you'll be the primary driver of our Flutter mobile app, shaping both the technical foundation and the user experience. You'll work closely with product, design, and backend teams to bring features to life and ensure seamless delivery.

Key Responsibilities 

- Lead the architecture, design, and development of our Flutter-based mobile app;

- 6+ years of mobile app development experience, with at least 3 years working with Flutter in production; 

- Deep understanding of Flutter internals, widgets, and Dart language features; 

- Experience publishing and managing apps in both the Google Play Store and Apple App Store;

- Familiarity with store guidelines, review processes, and deployment pipelines for Android and iOS;

About the Project

We’re building a cutting-edge cloud-native platform designed to streamline identity governance and access control for enterprise environments. As a member of our collaborative and cross-functional Scrum team, you’ll contribute to the development of key product features, enhance system scalability, and work on complex integrations tailored for global enterprise clients. You’ll have the opportunity to influence architecture decisions, implement best practices, and help shape a secure and efficient solution that meets the demands of large-scale, mission-critical environments.

Team & Process

• Team size: ~10 (developers, QA, PM)
• Methodology: Scrum, 2-week sprints, 6-week release cadence

• Code reviews, clear documentation, and collaborative planning
   

   

Responsibilities:

— Design, develop, and test new features using C# (.NET)

— Collaborate with team members across development, QA, and product

— Participate in daily standups, sprint planning, and regular releases (6-week cycles)

— Integrate with cloud-native components and services

— Optionally contribute to frontend development using React

— Ensure high code quality through peer reviews, testing, and documentation
 

Requirements

— 5+ years of experience in software development with C#;

— Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and release processes;

— Experience building or working with cloud-native applications (Azure/AWS is a plus);
— Familiarity with React.js or willingness to learn;
— Previous experience in Agile/Scrum teams;
— Good communication skills and ability to work in a distributed team.

 

Nice to Have

— Experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions;

— Exposure to SaaS environments or multi-tenant architectures;

— Comfortable with DevOps practices and tools.
