Now we’re looking for a Middle User Acquisition Manager to help us launch, test, and scale ad campaigns on a daily basis.
The main goal of this role is to support Promova’s rapid growth by driving effective user acquisition through paid social media channels, primarily via Meta Ads and TikTok.
Through your work, you’ll directly contribute to Promova’s mission of making language learning accessible, affordable, and effective for everyone.
Your Areas of Impact:
- Set up and run paid campaigns in Meta, TikTok, and other platforms: from account preparation and audience targeting to scaling performance.
- Achieve sustainable profitability by meeting ROI/ROMI targets, controlling CPA, and monitoring performance at every funnel stage.
- Identify growth opportunities by testing new audiences, markets, and approaches.
- Support testing initiatives: develop hypotheses, run experiments, and scale successful strategies.
- Optimize campaigns daily: track key metrics and collaborate with the team on adjustments.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align objectives, exchange insights, and enhance overall performance.
About You:
- 1.5+ years of experience in User Acquisition with a focus on Meta: able to independently launch campaigns, test hypotheses, and take ownership of results within a product or team.
- Hands-on experience managing budgets of $100—250K/month: confident in scaling, controlling CPA, and evaluating performance over time.
- Proven optimization skills: working not only with creatives and audiences but also with bid strategy, budget allocation, and funnel step analysis.
- Familiarity with TikTok Ads: experience launching campaigns or actively learning the platform with a strong motivation to grow in this area.
- Testing mindset: ability to form hypotheses, run experiments, and scale what works.
- English level B2: comfortable working with English-language ad accounts and creatives, and communicating with international teammates.
Will Be a Plus:
- Understanding of ad tracking systems — Pixel/CAPI.
- Experience with automation tools or AI-driven optimization — bidding, audience, reporting.

Main Responsibilities:- Developing player retention strategies (Retention & CRM Marketing)
- Working with Customer.io: setting up segments, trigger campaigns, and automations
- Creating and testing email and SMS campaigns with anti-ban practices in mind (trigger words, email structure)

- Understanding of player psychology and behavior across different LATAM segments

- Strong analytical mindset, experience working with retention metrics and BI systems
