The primary mission of this role is to drive client retention and maximize account revenue. You will manage and grow a portfolio of clients, ensuring consistent service delivery while identifying and converting upsell opportunities. Your future responsibilities include:

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, acting as a trusted partner,
• Ensure delivery meets agreed SLAs and KPIs across client projects,
