We empower businesses all over the world through providing remote assistants and outsourced teams specialized in data collection and processing for machine learning, customer support and marketing support.

Key areas: Data Annotation, Customer Care Support, Back Office Support, and Sales&Marketing Teams.

We are currently looking for a Moderation Specialist with a deep knowledge of English and German languages.

Requirements:
• Excellent written and verbal English skills
• Fluent German
• Ability to learn fast
• Customer care experience (would be a plus)
• The right attitude, accurate, hard-working, attentive to details, and self-organized person
• Readiness for business trips

Responsibilities:
• Manage approving or rejecting the content
• Investigate and resolve issues regarding content
• Understand and remain up-to-date with client policies and guidelines; resolve inquires according to defined policies and procedures
• Fulfill base productivity and quality requirements
• Reporting to a Client
• Other project support work
