We are looking for a talented Sales Manager who could work autonomously and will be focused on revenue opportunities and their result - converting opportunities to long term clients. We are interested in people who are motivated to develop and constantly improve their skills.
Potential candidates should have:
- 5+ years experience in Software Sales working for a Software Development Company
- Proven record of Software Sales - we require performance metrics and references
- Clear understanding of the Sales Process, Sales Cycle, and Sales Pipeline
- Sound knowledge and ideas how best to apply Marketing to drive higher Sales conversions
- English Upper Intermediate or higher with strong ability to communicate freely in native, well understood language is mandatory
- Strong organization and relationship building skills, being a timely contact, with solid schedule and the ability to maintain a regular contact with all leads
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Solid understanding of software development technologies and tech stacks
- Understanding of Agile / Scrum processes
- Ability to think fast, strategise, make tactical sales moves, and make independent decisions working on a client deal.
- Self-management skills
- Leadership skills
Responsibilities:
- Working existing leads and generating new ones to build out a Sales Pipeline.
- Building and optimizing sales processes in the company
- Development of Go To Market strategy and selecting proper channels
- Identifying ideal targets to pursue
- Qualify sales prospects, research their needs and opportunities
- Communicating with potential clients and flushing out their needs, budget, and timeline
- Work with CRM and keep all prospect information up to date
- Reporting ongoing process and activities
- Identify main points of contact and navigate organization to reach decision makers.
- Build out and maintain contact information for main point of contact including social media profiles, phone numbers, and email addresses
