Sales Manager (offline)

Requirements:
β€’ 2+ years experience in IT Sales services;
β€’ Mastering communication, presentation and negotiation skills;
β€’ Accuracy and attention to detail;
β€’ Ability to learn and quickly adapt to the changing industry;
β€’ Fluent both speaking and written English;
β€’ Strong analytical and organizational skills, highly systematic personality;
β€’ Demonstrable experience in developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions;
β€’ Ability to travel, as needed.

Would be a plus:
β€’ Understanding of IT industry, software development processes;
β€’ Good knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, XP, RUP);
β€’ Higher education in information technology or related fields.

Responsibilities:
β€’ Setting individual sales targets with the sales team;
β€’ Meeting planned sales goals and reporting results as necessary;
β€’ Proactively build sales through inbound/outbound lead prospecting;
β€’ Engage prospective customers via all channels;
β€’ Achieve all performance-based quotas and KPI’s in prospects, leads, and contracts;
β€’ Maintain and expand the database of prospects;
β€’ Develop and grow key relationships with enterprise-level clients;
β€’ Properly document all activity via company CRM tool;
β€’ Closely cooperate with the marketing team.
