Senior Business System Analyst (offline)

Infopulse is inviting talented professionals to join our growing team as a Senior Business System Analyst. We are looking for an enthusiastic, innovative, result-oriented Analyst with a deep commitment to success to become a part of our Technology Delivery Studio. This is a great chance to get involved into an international project concerned with the development of the latest business applications.
Our customer is one of the Big Four companies providing audit, tax, consulting, and financial advisory services.

Qualifications
* 3-5 years of experience in business & system analysis, data analysis, technical requirements preparation, product management
* Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
* Analytical and solution/result-oriented thinking
* Understanding of UI/UX basics
* Ability to multi-task, manage priorities and mentor/direct others
* Experience with Agile development processes is preferable
* Practical knowledge of TFS / ADO is an asset
* Specialist’s or master’s degree in Information Technology /Computer Science / Economic Cybernetics
* Upper-intermediate level of English
* Applicants selected for the interview may be asked to present samples of Business Requirements Documents/User Stories/Acceptance Criteria/Test Cases/Wireframes, etc.

Areas of Responsibility
* Gathering and elicitation business requirements
* Present requirements to the team in a clear and precise form
* Break down requirements to a manageable level and translate them into a form understandable by the development team (user stories and acceptance criteria, technical specification, user guides, etc)
* Continuously review and improve business processes
* Participate in acceptance testing
* Validate functionality after development completion
* Support and create the necessary project documentation
* Conduct demos, gather stakeholders’ feedback and verifies that the functionality was developed and implemented as per business requirements
