IT Project manager (offline)

We are looking for an IT PROJECT MANAGER to join our team in Kyiv office.

Our main specializations are outstaffing and product development.
PM will be engaged in the improvement of the main product related to road-safety.
Here it will be an opportunity to work with inhouse (2 mobile developers) and remote (QA, devs, DevOps) teams.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- At least B2 (Upper-Intermediate) written and spoken English;
- 1+ year of project management experience;
- Strong understanding of Agile (SCRUM) principles;
- Jira knowledge;
- Clear understanding of Software Development Life Cycle;
- Solid soft skills is a must;
- Deep understanding of Change and RISK management;
- Experience in preparing technical documentation is an advantage;
- Understanding QA processes is an advantage.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Planning, directing and managing the implementation of midsize projects (modules) within our large scale product;
- Collaboration with Dev's, QA's and PM to establish processes, procedures, and standards;
- Identify, analyze, prioritize project risks;
- Communicate regularly to Canadian management on status, risks, and progress of projects;
- People management: work with inhouse and remote teams;
- Projects life cycle improvement.

And the parking guidance system (Smart parking) is the use of sensors to determine parking occupancy and offer real-time data to drivers to help them find parking faster.
