Junior Business Administration/Operation/HR Manager (offline)

Prior experience in the field would be a plus (Manager-level), but is not required (Assistant-level).

Examples of initial tasks:
* research and rank the best co-working spaces in Berlin
* research and rank available incubater/accelerator programs in Berlin
* research and rank HR and banking software for startups

Examples of later tasks:
* introduce, streamline and take over HR operations (etc. hiring)
* prepare pitchdeck
* help securing investment

English language skills are required, but German language skills would be a great plus!

Position is online-only (can be worked on online from home/anywhere), flexible, part-time and on a contract-basis (between 5 to 20 hours per week).

Work will be broken down into smaller tasks in advance (each task taking maximum a few days), and the candidate will be able to work them off without much urgent deadlines.

Initial monthly compensation range between $400 and $600 depending on relevant experience. However, will increase compensation by 10% after the first month, and by 20% after three months, and so on.
