Product Manager (offline)

Requirements:

More than 5+ years of experience in product management within dynamic, agile environments.
Consumer-facing product experience or complex platform are preferred
Proven experience with agile/scrum methodologies
A clear understanding of activities like marketing, sales, market analyses
Experience of product concept preparation;
Independence, responsibility, focus on results.

Would be a plus:
Business analysis;
Marketing;
Sales;
Developing;
Understanding of 3D graphics programming.

Responsibilities:
Gather and lead a team of specialists in developing and promoting the project on the market to achieve set goals;
Create and use a product roadmap by managing existing goals and identifying new opportunities based on trends and market demand;
Analyze market needs and take decisions;
Create and adhere to development plans;
Conduct market research, consult with customers, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to define requirements and spec new products and features;
Clarify specifications with the development team;
Prioritize user stories and feature requirements for the Development and QA teams.
