Currently, we are looking for an experienced Site Manager to lead the expansion of our software consulting business in Kyiv, Ukraine. As a member of our executive team, you will manage the overall operations and implement organizational strategies to ensure the success of our Ukraine team. As a direct report to the CBO, this role is well suited for a senior, and yet agile, adaptive, “roll up the sleeves” operations executive. You are experienced with global expansion, passionate about leading a variety of company initiatives, and love taking on new challenges.

Key Responsibilities
- Work with our executive team in crafting short- and long-term business expansion strategies
- Grow, and scale up the Ukraine location in a start-up environment
- Maintain highest standards of quality with service-oriented attitude
- Provide leadership to Engineers, Project Managers, and HR/Ops Managers regarding best practices within the consulting practice
- Work towards aligning technology and other expenditures with business objectives
- Manage all P&Ls for the India location
- Develop a recruiting operations function, effectively rolling out our hiring strategy at the global level, making sure that the recruitment team is aligned and consistent across multiple offices worldwide
- Drive the implementation of innovative solutions for developing the performance of every individual, team and manager at our business.
- Improving manager capability through 1:1 coaching and training workshops
- Consulting with managers, executives and peers to identify and assess training opportunities
- Delivering a wide variety of learning and development programs
- Advises and educates management on compensation related programs, policies and procedures; may develop training programs and other communications collateral as appropriate.
- Develops recommendations to adjust salary structures in response to changing organizational needs and market values.
- Drives and administers major compensation initiatives: annual performance management/merit cycle and key incentives.
Qualifications
- Preferred experience with global, fast-growing software consultancy organizations
- 8+ years of strong technical expertise in managing and building teams in Ukraine to support US based clients
- Experience in setting up start-up environments using latest technology stack
- Experience in maintaining P&Ls and with budgeting and forecasting activities
- Excellent communication skills and experience in managing offshore teams and projects in multiple locations
- Self-starter who can excel in a team environment in an aggressively growing dynamic enterprise
- Ability to participate and promote business development activities
- Experience in setting up, and creating end-to-end processes and, practices
- Experience in mentoring team members and being a team oriented manager
- Strong understanding of local, state and federal employment laws
- Resilient to change and able to drive to creative solutions
- Ability to engage, inspire and influence people
- Ability to develop clear, actionable steps and manage projects
