Our ideal candidate is a skilled business analyst who is ready to work in financial/banking domain to build and enhance a regulatory reporting software application for Basel III Credit and Market risk.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor`s Degree in Economics, Business Engineering, Banking and Finance or a strong affinity with those topics through prior relevant work experience
Domain knowledge (regulatory reporting & financial risk management, Basel II and III, quantitative analysis)
Experience in analyzing & interpreting regulatory documents
Familiarity with document analysis, data analysis, and Quality Assurance basics
Strong knowledge of Excel and SQL
General understanding of IT & SDLC processes
Experience in working in the financial industry: accounting principles, financial instruments
Ability to work in a dynamic, agile project environment under time-sensitive deadlines
Strong technical background or eagerness to learn about relational databases and query languages
Experience in working with such software development practices, as Scrum
Good team player with excellent communication skills
Attention to detail and organized way of working
Ability to be a quick learner
Demonstrating initiative when necessary
Knowledge of Dutch, French or other languages would be a plus
Intermediate or higher English level, both spoken and written (B1+)
