Data Scientist (offline)

What will you do?

● Provide consultancy to Indeed business and development teams
● Use statistical, algorithmic, data mining, and visualization techniques to model complex problems, identify opportunities, discover solutions, and deliver actionable business insights.
● Own your projects and use this autonomy to find creative and innovative ways of solving problems and delivering solutions.
● Handle both parts of the Research & Development process, including clean, rigorous implementations of devised models inside our Analytics system
● Communicate data-driven insights and recommendations to key stakeholders


What is required?

● Master in data science, computer science or a similar field
● At least 5 years experience in developing AI/ data science algorithms and solutions that tackle specific business problems
● Preferably, experience managing data science consulting projects and teams of data scientists
● Can-do mentality, focusing on solutions rather than problems
● Experience in any field of AI (e.g. NLP, computer vision, anomaly detection, recommendation systems, etc.)
● Expert in applying machine learning with Python and thus packages like Scikit Learn, Tensorflow, Keras, Pytorch
● Experience in deploying machine learning models as API or web apps on a cloud environment
● Experience with reporting, descriptive statistics, probability, and cleaning big datasets
● Willingness to question the validity, accuracy of data and assumptions
● Enjoyment from collaborating with others in a team environment
● Eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment
● Drive and self-reliance
● Upper-intermediate English and strong technical writing skills
