Support Analyst & Coordinator (offline)

Project Description:
Our client is a leading global Financial markets data provider runs a number of change programs to deliver of high-quality software that connects Financial Markets across the glob in a real-time, high frequency and low-latency data management chain. The projects are technically challenging in an environment that is very engaging.
We are looking for developers to join the team that works on development & maintenance of the administrative component for FXT trading system. The goal of the project is to enabling simple management for the tens of thousands of users who rely on FXT.
Application code is mainly Java. The analytics logic is written in Scala. Databases: Oracle (Exadata), Hadoop (Hive, Hbase). Protokols in use: FIX, XML
Responsibilities:
• Setting-up and coordinating support activities, including communication with L2 and other teams
• Prod incident analysis, defining of standard guidelines and enriching the knowledge base
• L3 backlog with L2 prioritization
• Prod stability backlog coordination with L2 and development teams
Mandatory Skills:
• Experience in development of enterprise-level solutions 5+ years
• Experience in Data model and functionality development, extension, support
• Mandatory experience SQL Server and related (features, services, agent)
• High communication skills
• Basic Business Analysis skills
• Good skills in creating manuals and documentation
• Hands-on experience with setting up performance metrics in development process
• Experience working with international customers
• Experience of direct people management
