Marketing Manager (Relocation to Cyprus, Nicosia) (offline)

About Position:

If you live and breathe marketing, we need to talk. We're looking for a flexible and versatile marketer who will be responsible for the growth of our inbound sales channels. Marketing manager responsibilities include tracking and analyzing the performance of advertising campaigns, managing the marketing budget and ensuring that all marketing material is in line with our brand identity. To be successful in this role, you should have hands-on experience with web analytics tools and be able to turn creative ideas into effective advertising projects. In addition, you need to be very proactive and persistent with your follow up with the related departments that impact Marketing - mainly Product and Retention.


You will be involved in:

- Developing strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive qualified traffic to our front door
- Deploying successful marketing campaigns online and offline and own their implementation from ideation to execution
- Creating and implementing a dynamic content strategy for the company's social media platforms (Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Blogs) to reach these goals and develop the company's brand
- Collaborating with Marketing department in Head Office
- Preparing marketing and promotional emails, company news articles and press releases
- Active development of all marketing initiatives and promotional materials
- Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
- Market research of competitor marketing initiatives and promotions
- Proactively follow up with related departments that impact Marketing KPIs, like Product and Retention
- Setting goals for social media, including growth, reach, engagement, lead & conversion and monitoring progress

We are interested in:

- 2+ years of proven experience in a similar Marketing role
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google adwords or Facebook Ads or Mobile Marketing or any other paid advertising medium
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing
- Strong creative and analytical skills
- BSc/MSc degree in Marketing or related field
- Willingness to multi-task and take many other related responsibilities
- Fluency in English is essential. Russian and Greek are desirable
