Tech Lead / Architect (Ruby, React) for employment platform (offline)

Product
On-demand staffing platform for temporary works (events / conferences / exhibitions personnel etc). Helps coordinate with clients and employees: self-onboarding, job search / staff bookings, project management, auto billing and payments, integrations with 3rd party systems etc.

Work
- Lead product development to the next level
- Improve architecture and infrastructure
- Implement best development practices
- Participate as a fullstack developer yourself
- [Would be nice] Support the team with DevOps

Team
- In-house product team of c. 10 people (Berlin)
- That team lacks technical seniority
- Business owner is Ok to have external tech lead
- Chances to rebuild the team with UA developers, QA, DevOps

Stack
- Ruby / Rails
- React, React Native
- (Possible change to Angular)
- AWS, Docker
- Jira, Confluence

Model and Offer
- Dedicated product team (some call it outstaffing) - work like one team with people in Berlin
- Travel to Berlin from time to time (perhaps more at the beginning)
- Very competitive salary (can be paid to Payoneer if you want)
- Opprotunity for salary increase once we add more people on our side
- Remote OK! But if you're in Lviv or want to move here - we have modern office in city center
