Motion designer (offline)

Project Description:
Luxoft is seeking a Motion Designer who is creative, self-motivated, and able to deliver quality work quickly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:
• Developing 2D animations
• Full post-production of videos created within Luxoft: editing, graphics, sound correction and color correction
• Creating the graphics and infographics, the Key Visual creation for the key campaigns
• Producing web and print-ready files for collateral, web, advertising, trade shows, sales presentations, email, press kits, and other marketing initiatives
• Candidates must be organized, diligent and ready to work hard in a fast-paced environment with strict project deadlines
• Candidates must have a solid understanding of user-centered design principles, careful attention to detail, and be able to see the big picture

Mandatory Skills:
• Three or more years of professional video experience as demonstrated by an online demo or portfolio.
• Strong graphic design skills paired with an ability to tell stories through moving images and sound.
• Strong Art skills, sense of typography, composition, and conceptual thinking
• Highly skilled in in After Effects, Premiere, and Cinema 4D, as well as proficiency with Illustrator, Photoshop, Pro-tools, Audition, and Logic Audio.
• Sound correction and color correction skills.
• The ability to understand technical content and quickly learn in new domains.
• Passionate about animation and motion design and enjoys exploring new styles and techniques; keeps up to date with industry tools and best practices; thorough understanding of evolving production processes and broadcast technologies.

Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Extensive experience in a full-service advertising agency
• A hunger for new challenges, handworker
• Agile enough to be able to work on multiple projects simultaneously
