Account manager (offline)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Working as an account manager providing day-to-day management of each GREM client, providing the best service to clients, specifying and scheduling work to the development team
Making calls, writing the emails and arranging online meetings and liaising with clients to understand their requirements, support them in fullfilment of their profiles, putting the projects into listings, initializing the tokenization
Ensuring only work of the utmost quality is submitted to clients
Write on‐going documentation, both for the client and internal teams in order to optimise future support in recurring circumstances
Help develop relationships with clients, agencies and vendors to maintain and grow account revenue
Uncover client’s business needs and objectives and help develop strategies, advising on potential solutions, obtaining quotes (both internal and third party)
Ensuring good communication between all stakeholders, managing expectations and looking for areas that need improvement
Administrative duties and record keeping on the CRM system
Completing the KPI's which will be discussed accordingly and set up in Agreement.
DESIRED EXPERIENCE:
Previous client-facing role
Experience in client service management teams
Working as part of a team
Support desk experience
Experience working in remote management teams
experience in working with multi-tasking projects and outsoursed production and development teams
