Customer Success Specialist (offline)

Qualifications:

Advanced in written English.
Good at spoken English.
Analytical & strategic thinking.
Customer-oriented and responsible attitude.
Desire to learn, grow professionally, and potentially take other responsibilities.

Preferably:

Experience in using Intercom (Chat app), Slack, Google apps etc.
Experience in chat support and customer service.

Responsibilities:

Take care of customer inquiries received via email and chat.
Provide professional support, help customers set up their accounts and solve their problems.
Ensure customer satisfaction rate growth.
Compile reports and polish the support process.
Learn and apply the supporting sales strategy.
Qualify incoming leads and delegate them to the sales team.
Increase existing customers engagement with the platform (Facebook groups, emails, polls, etc.)
