UI/UX Designer (offline)

Required skills
• 1+ years of experience in design with an extensive portfolio;
• Knowledge of usability and Web standards;
• Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps;
• Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction;
• Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions;
• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively;
• Familiarity with Android, iOS, and other mobile platform interfaces;
• Intermediate or higher level of English.

As a plus
Experience in graphic design.

Responsibilities
• Analyze project requirements, create wireframes and design all visual elements for web and mobile apps;
• Collaborate with product management and engineering team to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals and user experience;
• Create app modules and elements: from rough sketches to detailed mock-ups;
• Collaborate with the development team to inspect technical details if needed;
• Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off and engineering;
• Conduct user research and analyze user feedback;
• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards.
