Python technical lead (offline)

Required skills

— 5+ years of experience in Python
— Experience working with Python (selenium)
— 3+ years of experience in Django
— OOP and Design patterns
— Experience in creating or maintaining REST APIs
— Experience with Docker
— Experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS
— Languages: English, Russian
— Experience working with a remote team
— People Management skills

Responsibilities

— Manage and build a new development team and run successful product developments in Lviv.
— Create technical solutions that are highly scalable and cost-optimized.
— Make sure technical solutions are aligned with company roadmap and architectural strategy.
— Promote best engineering practices to build large-scale system.
— Developing E2E solutions (design, code, tests, documentation) along with the team.
