Middle Automation QA Engineer (offline)

Requirments:
• 2+ years of total experience in QA/Testing & Test Automation;
• Good knowledge of Cucumber, TestNG;
• Experience with Karate;
• Hands-on experience with Java-based testing framework;
• Familiarity of FluentLenium;
• Passion for testing and aspiration to deliver high-quality product;
• Reasonable verbal and good written English;
• Supposed to travel to India, Mumbai for 1 week mid-February to kick-start the engagement.

Nice to have:
Bachelor or Master’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field.

English level:
Intermediate+.

Responsibilities:
• Providing the best quality tests and running tests;
• Creating plans, test scenarios, test cases and test reports;
• Active participation in the software development process, collaboration with the customer’s team;
• Execute and monitor the results of automated suites within CI infrastructure;
• Creating technical and utility documentation;
• Creating clear and coherent bug reports;
• Providing feedback on the work performed, come up with questions and remove impediments.

Customer’s company provides software solutions. The Company offers software as a service platform to monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain desktops, servers, and other endpoints for small- and medium-sized businesses.

About the Project:
The project is about building a modern platform with modern technology that supports scalability.
The project is the result of 2 companies merging. Both companies offer a platform that helps Managed Service Providers support their clients.
The goals of the project are:
1) to merge the 2 platforms;
2) provide enough functionality during the near term so new clients are on-boarded to the new platform;
3) extend the "new" platform with microservices, functions, scalability etc.
