Our customer is a Norwegian online travel booking agency, which already has 1.5 million different direct flight packages. The client has an understanding of their market and loyal customers. The time has come to upgrade the system and open up new work horizons.

Requirements
● Experience: in years: 2+ as developer 3+ as a project manager
● Effective written and verbal communication skills in English (Upper-Intermediate+)
● In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles and other frameworks
● Ability to communicate with stakeholders and the development team
● Experience with web and mobile development;
● Strong problem-solving skills. Very detailed oriented and fast-learner
● Leadership and cooperation skills ability to motivate people for a task without being a formal manager
● Proven stakeholder management skills
● Proven experience managing a team
● Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Management Information Systems is a plus

Responsibilities
● It will be necessary to delve into the existing project. Identify the needs of the client and the product, direct the client in the right direction when choosing solutions in development.
● In the future, it is required to form a project team from scratch and choose the appropriate development methodology within the framework of client requirements, work with a formed backlog, set tasks to BA and development team, create project-related reports.
● Business trips to Norway are possible.
