DevOps (offline)

We need a Technical Individual Contributor who possesses both deep knowledge of cloud infrastructure and best practices for scaling systems and processes. This role will report directly to the CTO, and be based out of Lviv, Ukraine. They will serve as a member of the engineering team and work closely with our backend, frontend, and mobile teams as we roll out amazing products! We are expanding our product portfolio and growing our customer reach around the globe and we need to continue to build out our infrastructure to support our privacy and security by design requirements. This individual will be a key partner to the business and critical to our expansion strategy. We are currently hosted in AWS with an eye on expanding to other cloud providers or bare metal. Tools in our belt include Jenkins, Terraform, Docker and others. We always look at our job with a critical eye towards automating tasks, knowing that automating the manual tasks now will free us up for the next level of scale tomorrow.

Qualifications
• You have 4+ years of proven experience in a production environment operation
• Experience with incident management and postmortem process
• You have experience working as part of a global operations team
• Configuring and administering Containers / ECS / Docker / Kubernetes
• Terraform/AWS
• Installing, configuring, and administering some of the following: Jenkins, Docker, ElasticSearch, MySQL
• Shell scripting and one or more scripting languages (Python preferred)
• On-call (SRE style) rotation, both as a member and as someone who has improved the processes themselves, and done schedule planning

Nice to Have
• Experience with SSO platforms and an understanding of protocols like SAML and OAUTH2, Active Directory, LDAP
• Experience securing networks
• NodeJS
