Technical Writer (offline)

Responsibilities:
Working within the Mobile and Web Services core development team, the Technical Writer role is crucial for maintaining and organization of all product documentation for core product and client specific projects — creating an internal document package for knowledge sharing, release documents, maintaining and updating working procedures documentation.
-Communicate with developers, managers, designers to collect information.
-Create and update internal documentation for the company’s software products (in Russian and English).

Required skills:
-At least 1 year of experience as a Technical Writer
-Experience in writing technical documentation for software products (such as product descriptions, functional and non-functional requirements, user guides, etc.).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with different departments.
- A strong understanding of the documentation development process, the software development process, and product lifecycles.
-Good command of English (strong Upper-intermediate level or higher).
-Experience with Jira and Confluence.

-Participate in grooming, planning and estimation sessions
-Supporting and enhancing applications
-Transform the requirements to set of unit/integration tests
-We expect that you’ll take a proactive position in technical solutions, processes improvement, etc.
-Ability to balance work volume and quality documentation.
- Ability to handle multiple projects effectively.
