System Administrator (HelpDesk) (offline)

Job Requirements:
β€” At least 1 year of work experience in the same position;
β€” Knowledge of Linux Ubuntu, Windows 10, MacOS;
β€” Work experience with Firewall, VPN (IPSec/OpenVPN);
β€” Good understanding of work principles NAT, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP;
β€” Experience with Windows Active Directory, WSUS, WDS;
β€” Understanding of the model OSI;
β€” The ability to configure network equipment Mikrotik, Cisco, etc.;
β€” Knowledge of software (Microsoft Office, email clients, RDP, antivirus programs, etc.).

Will be a plus:
β€” Database MongoDB, MySQL;
β€” Understanding of Jira/Confluence;
β€” Strong organizational skills;
β€” Ability to multitask;
β€” Intermediate level of English.

Responsibilities:
β€” Support and maintenance of existing company infrastructure;
β€” Participation in the arrangement of workplaces: setup, connection, installation of applications;
β€” Monitoring and managing IT systems;
β€” Primary diagnostics of equipment malfunctions, ensuring the operability and safety of the company’s network;
β€” Setting up and maintenance of peripheral equipment, service;
β€” Inventory of IT equipment;
β€” Setting up servers and network equipment;
β€” Prompt troubleshooting.
