L1 Support Team member (offline)

It is a customer-facing position for a PHP-developer beginner.

Responsibilities
Walk a customer through the problem-solving process
Provide entry-level support
Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to our products (modules for Magento 2.0)
Resolve questions and service issues for customers via the Help Desk system
Follow up with customers to ensure issue has been resolved
Follow established guidelines
Follow our company's communication "scripts"
Determine opportunities for new sales
Meet qualitative and quantitative targets
Identify and act as a company ambassador at all times
Stay friendly and helpful
Be professional

Requirements
Education – higher (any relevant experience in IT, software development, e-commerce will be an advantage)
Previous experience in a customer support role from 1-2 years
Working experience with PHP
Experience with modern PHP frameworks (i.e. Laravel, Zend, CodeIgniter, etc.)
Experience with relational databases such as MySQL
Experience with HTML / CSS / JavaScript / AJAX
Understanding of OO programming
English – intermediate
High level of communication is a must
Excellent interpersonal communication skills
Customer focus
Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service
Ability to multi-task
Ability to work with minimal supervision
