Junior Site Reliability Engineer (offline)

What you’ll be doing...
— Be proactive and work closely with the engineering teams to enhance our practices and improve our process;
— Monitoring and update the incident processing;
— Monitoring the current status of the system;
— Monitoring of the suspect transactions;
— Filling and support of the Knowledge Base, Production playbook;
— Monitor tickets filling rules;
— Analyzing logs;
— Control of the correct process of delivery applications, verify that the delivery process is followed by requests.
Requirements:
— Experience in analyzing and troubleshooting systems;
— Nice to have — Jira, Confluence, Splunk, Grafana, Prometheus;
— Familiarity of monitoring tools and log collection and analyze systems;
— Experience with software monitoring and alerting systems;
— Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
— Good reading/written English.
Will be a plus:
— Basic familiarity with cloud technologies;
— Basic knowledge one or more of any development language;
— Basic familiarity and understanding of network theory.
