Project Manager (offline)

Requirements

– At least 1 years of experience in managing IT projects;
– Experience in task tracking systems: Jira/Asana/Trello;
– Experience in establishing business contacts, managing expectations, discussing customer needs, reporting;
– Experience in the creation of documents: Estimations, Specifications, Reports;
– Strong analytical skills, strong negotiation skills, logical thinking;
– System and creative approach at work, ability to prioritize tasks;
– Knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, Prince 2, PMP – as a plus;

Responsibilities

– Communication with the customer, presentation of ready-made solutions;
– Overcoming communication gap between business requirements and technical specifications;
– Building and maintaining customer relations;
– Preparation and maintenance of project documentation.
