Mindy Teams (www.mindy-teams.com) is a part of international brand Mindy Support - Business Process Outsourcing Brand specialized in building and managing remote teams for Data Annotation (Machine Learning and AI project), Customer Care and Back-office support worldwide. Mindy Support is a group of companies with 3 representative offices in Europe and 5 operational centers in Ukraine that comprises over 2000 employees.

Now we are looking for an ambitious and smart Senior Marketing manager in Kyiv

You will be responsible for:
•Execution of marketing plans and programs, promotional support;
•Recommending options and courses of action;
•Participation in developing and implementing of marketing strategies;
•Digital Marketing (SMO, SMM, SEO);
•Generating high-quality leads for the sales team by planning, executing and doing a result-based optimization of numerous marketing campaigns online and onsite;
•Websites development and landing pages creation by management of the process
•Coordination of marketing team (contect creator, SEO specialist, SMM manager, marketing assistant, designer, PPC manager);
•Building brand awareness and global brand monitoring online
•Organization and participation in target conferences abroad

Requirements:
•University degree;
•3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing (lead generation, copywriting)
•Experience in B2B sphere (US & EU) is a must
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Ability to think creatively and innovatively
•Sense of beauty
•Fluent English
•WordPress knowledge would be a plus
