Senior Java Developer (offline)

Responsibilities:
Develop functionality according to business requirements;
Collaborate with other programming engineers across the organization to develop best practices
Communicate directly with the customer
Conduct code reviews to ensure the code complies with the development standards;
Collaborate with the System Architect to ensure systems are available, scalable and self-healing;
Provide accurate timings and estimates;
Maintain project transparency via project collaboration and communication tools

Requirements:
5+ years of relevant work experience
Proficiency writing production-quality code in Java
Working experience with a cloud service such as AWS
Deep understanding of all things “database” - schema design, optimization, scalability, etc
At least intermediate level of English

Tech Stack:
Java 8, Spring Boot, Spring Data, Micro-services, REST API, Amazon Kinesis, MySQL, Elastic Search, Maven, Docker, Docker compose, Kubernetes, Helm, AWS EC2

Nice to have:
Experience with Linux, Docker, Kubernetes, Chef, Helm, Github, Terraform
Experience with Python/Bash
